I was served cold coffee.and when I went through drive through to return it the manager said if I put 3creamers it will go cold Nonsense I told him.if that was the case restaurants will go out of business on coffee s I didn't order cold coffee I ordered HOT COFFEE

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I've been going here for a quick breakfast for years. And it's a notorious place for terrible customer service. Just read the reviews. The workers have been cool every time I've gone but whenever I deal with the manager it's the complete opposite. She is hands down the rudest person at that location. Thanks to her, I'm sorry to say I will no longer be returning to that location.

Terrible experience in the drive thru , the girls that work there are young and rude , didn’t catch her name but she’s always rude has nails. Was laughing on the speaker before asked what can she get for me I said give me a second and she rudely asked if I was ready and started being sarcastic with me n laughing , I tried to change the tone and be extra kind trying to shift her attitude positive because she is handling my food right? Then at the drive thru it got worse her tone got worse . Next time we go is tonight. I order a munchie meal and I don’t know if it a joke but she handed me a small cup like the kids size , but I got a munchie meal. It default comes with a regular drink. Then the food is so cold I’m so mad I had to go back to tell them they gave me the wrong size drink. If they ran out of size regular that’s not my fault ?? Why would they size down my drink when I paid for a regular size , if you don’t have it that’s an inconvenience to me so you should size up to a large ?? Duh

Last Wednesday I decided to buy Jack in the Box. I usually buy once a week through delivery. Never had I been threaded with very bad service, that day I knew right away there was no manager. The why the person taking my order in delivery was very rude, tone of voice, and disrespectful. I thought employees were trained before being hired. The worst costumer service and to top it off. No one in charge and employee pretend to be a manager. He was so rude to me, laughing in my face. I ask for his name, refuse to give it me. I also asked for the store number, for the poor service I was giving. He didn’t want to either. Very sarncastedly he told me, “ you want the number get it online yourself “. Very disappointed the staff members don’t act professional when customers are ordering. I will never order food from there again. They just lost a customer.
