Not only was I not greeted or even paid attention to I was looked at and not a word said. But conversation and texting and all sorts of things were taking place right in front of me when I finally did get my order taken. It was like it was a problem. For the person to take my after about 24 minutes And I was the only one inside themy order was thrown on the counter when I when I asked for marinara or the mozzarella sticks Which I assumed came with the order. I was told it would be an extra charge when I got out to my truck and checked my food. I was completely disappointed. I cannot believe that our customer service.Has come to this. And nothing is being done about it. I might as well have just thrown my $11 in the trash is exactly how I feel from this experience?

No in the best location people who eat here are rude and will walk in the drive thru and walk so slow wasting time an lookat you well they are doing it...food is good service is fast but the worker sometimes rude cuz the people in the store piss them off and they take it out at the people at the window.

I spent like every night for food, today was one of the worst days, the cashier who was in a bad mood when I ordered my food in Spanish treated me very poorly. I have been spending almost daily for food for months. I'm going to buy, not order, I spent 34 dollars to get me They gave what I didn't ask for, the cashier threw it at me like I was a dog. I will never go back nor do I recommend it. The service is terrible. Be careful when you go, they can even hit you like it happened to me. They are racist.

It's a Jack in the box. What are you going to expect? The bathroom was cleaner than it could have been they had to buzz me in and that's okay. Don't prefer to use Jack in the box bathrooms but I have to and I'd recommend it lol if you got to go. Prices my god. Have they gone up $2.50 for a hash browns. Oh well, the food wasn't for me. It was for someone else and they enjoyed it.Vegetarian options: Not much.Dietary restrictions: If you're on a diet, you shouldn't be eating a jack in the box.Parking: The parking was fine.Kid-friendliness: The neighborhood's a little sketchy.

Came here on Friday, January 6th at 2 o'clock in the morning. Ordered $25 worth of food.. Before I left the window. I asked him if everything was in the bag and I went over the whole order he said yes. When I got home I was missing my main food. So when I called I talked to john. And he said. Yeah we're just laughing about it cause we forgot to give you hamburger. So I came all the way back down everything else was cold that I bought. So I asked him if he could give me something for my time. Because I had to drive all the way back. And he said no we couldn't and there was no manager to talk to. This was a waste of my time very rude and I will never come here again. Whoever owns this place needs to get better people. There is a long long line at the drive through very slow and very unprofessional. Is that is just really not my problem. You should get more confident people working for your company. So I had to leave my other food at my house while that got cold to go pick up in the money. Because I didn't want them to spit in my food. And I can't believe you don't have any managers working at night. Everything here is just wrong. And on top of everything else we had to wait in another line for thirty five minutes to get our money back.

Came here a month or two ago. They took forever in the drive thru and told me to park on the side and wait for my order. Multiple cars in the drive thru got there orders before me and mine was just a munchie meal. I went inside and asked for my order, they said it’s getting ready and I said I’ll wait inside. I then see the cashier grab my order already sitting there bagger and ring it up. I complained it was cold and they had it sitting there and she denied it and didn’t want to issue a refund or replacement she was very rude and denied my food already bieng ready when I came in. The manager “Maria” could not speak any English and could not care less about the situation. I then re ordered the same order exactly to a rude cashier. I got my order and she added a cheesecake, I asked for a refund as it was pre sealed she got rude and started yelling at me to leave or else she would call the cops. She then clicked the ice cream machine acting like it’s a panic button. I left as there was no point in arguing when the manager “Maria” couldn’t understand what was going on because of the language barriers. I contacted support and never heard back
