I came to this location because the Jack in the Box on Chicago Ave was so understaffed. They ignored servicing people that were waiting in line. The lady served me at this location was very friendly and professional.

Always good! Always friendly staff! Always clean! The prices are better than most fast food places without the food being compromised. I sit inside and relax and I always feel safe. The restrooms are always clean, the dining area is always clean. I give this place a 10 plus!

Ordered a grilled sourdough sandwich and the chicken wasn't properly cooked. It was tough and raw in the middle, unable to eat it. Had to through it away. You guys are going to kill someone.

On my way to work this morning I stopped and attempted to go through the drive thru. Literally homeless all over the drive thru, right in front of the Menu and people were being solicited by two females. Myself and two other vehicles backed out and drove away. I called the store a few minutes later and spoke with a manager. She apologized. I understand it’s not her fault. The company trying to cut costs of security outside. Sad to see this type activity. I’m going to hold off going there until it gets cleaned up.

I always loved Jack's, the food is getting bland tho, and the prices are too high, pray they dont get rid of paper coupons. The workers are great, friendly, and helpful. I LOVE how they dont skimp on the dipping sauces. Like the clown place.

The sourdough burger was horrible. Burger was dry and tasted so terrible. Maybe it was just a bad burger at the time as I rarely go to jack in the box, this burger was the worst I had ever had. I hate to be negative but had to say something with this one.
