The sourdough burger was horrible. Burger was dry and tasted so terrible. Maybe it was just a bad burger at the time as I rarely go to jack in the box, this burger was the worst I had ever had. I hate to be negative but had to say something with this one.

Parking: There's plenty of parking on the side as well but it's behind the building and is wheelchair accessible with ease

What you see ≠ what you get. Guess that's everywhere now. Just found it a bit funny since this is a new item. You'd expect them to pack it a bit better. Either way it was pretty good. Salty, but good.

The place is somewhat run down. Look at the size of the food portions. They have shunk. Your looking at an ultimate cheese burger. Not a junior double Cheeseburger. If i would have known that. I would have just ordered a cheap junior burger. Ultimate burger Bun gotten smaller, the meat patties are way thinner. To top it off on the portion shrinkage, the price went up. So its a double win for them. It's kind of dirty , restrooms, dining area & parking lot. Self-serve drink station is removed. Probably because of the non paying customers in the area. Restrooms are available for paying customers. The parking lot is very large. No problem swinging a trailer around back there. Fifth wheel or semi.

The restaurant was very clean, the AC was keeping me cool while I ate my delicious food. The girl at the counter that took my order was very helpful and patient. I met a lovely woman there and had a pleasant conversation while eating. I didn't catch her name.
Went today and had a great experience with lilyana she was fast and friendly !

Food doesn't disappoint me they never forget anything honestly but the only thing I don't like is just the jack tacos being a bit too oily but other then that service is fine night shift is good as well I don't mind the one window thing but if a lot of people do

The service was good the food was great everything was fresh not stale but the parking lot was horrible almost had a car hit me twice first on the way in and then on the way out it was like a big parking lot party there kinda made me feel uneasy

Angelica R served us. I apologize for bothering her as serving me was clearly well below her intentions.
I guess it was her last day there because her attitude certainly matched somebody who is quitting.
She tried to give us 1 drink for a 2 meal order. When the second drink was requested the scowl on her face increased. We checked our bags and told her we did not have our 2 tacos. She pointed to the second bag and when we checked both bags again she just stated, "You have everything" and then shut the windows on us.
Literally the worst service I have received probably anywhere. I will not be returning to this location simply because of Angelica R. Oh, this was Sunday June 30th, 2024 around 2pm.
Thankfully the California government puts a gun to the head of business owners so you get paid $20 an hour. Your attitude definitely did not show that you earned $20 an hour.

My personal experience at this jack is not the best but the worst thing is that they hold you back they tell you to wait until the car in the front leaves so u can pull forward they have forgotten my drinks twice but other than that it’s ok but to the lady on the previous that comment on the employee how would you know that her last name begins with R and it was her last day from what I know as a fast food worker it’s prohibited to give out employees last name in any personal info
