Wow pull up at 1155 wait a min or two at drive thru and then to turn the lights off on you after you waited for 2 min and don’t say anything.No wonder the other one on la Sierra and hole is better .

They close indoor dining at 7:00pm on weekdays what a joke. I ordered online and had to wait in the drive thru lane to pick up my food they don't offer curbside pick up. I got to the window and the poor girl maybe didn't really speak English or was just clueless and rude. The food was cold and sloppy. They gave us a wilted salad, I'm going to include the picture because the food and service was pathetic.

Placed an order ahead of time only to find out that they were closed and weren’t serving orders. Update your hours, it’s easy. The acting manager is Alondra. Next time make it clear what your hours of operations are so that you don’t waste people’s time and money making orders that won’t be fulfilled. I will be filing a complaint to corporate as well.

3 ranch for a 14 piece jalapeño poppers and large order of curly fries. customer service was horrible. Two Hispanic girls have the worse attitude. And this isn’t the first time we’ve experienced it. My spicy chicken sandwich was too salty. I always go to the one off La Sierra, decided this one for some reason on Tyler, never again! Second time here and horrible customer service. No thanks ?‍↔️ ?

The night crew has poor customer service, I asked her for good good sauce 3times she came through the speaker and said I heard you, she only put one sauce in the bag so I have to go back around and wait three cars behind for more sauce with a attitude she put one more in the bag ???? my order was a tacos what is two sauces going to do for me.
