The service was really good but there are way too many hobos, and grungy looking folk lurking in pkg lot. Won't be going there again. The govt really has got to address these "unhoused" it's killing commerce. Sorry jamba

As in every business, having enough employees makes it better, not only for customers, but for employees as well. I’m in line for 20 minutes, as I text. I can’t blame the employee. Shen by herself, and seem frustrated by all the work she has to do. I understand that companies now days are trying to save money by any means necessary. But when I compromises customer service and employee health, they should always think twice. Granted, the cashier was extremely nice, I would think twice before coming back. Remember, people that buy your products, are people on the go, and need to keep moving. That’s my humble opinion

I love it here but for some reason when I come early in the mornings ( 8-9 ) this specific young girl working is so rude. I literally never leave reviews but her attitude is actually so bad. I work food too plus it’s early in the morning so I usually understand, but you walk in she says nothing to you, and when your drinks are ready she doesn’t say anything and just throws them on the counter and walks away. the smoothies always still have weird small chunks as well, it’s honestly just this one person who makes the experience bad everyone else is so kind and the smoothies are amazing.

I went to purchase an açaí bowl and it took so long for the cashier to take my order 4 people before me. Because she was the only person taking the orders and making them. The girl was nice didn't seem faced by the fact that there was a line of customers. She would take an order and then go make it. she was also doing online orders. There were 2 other girls in the back just playing around and 1 was clocked out and the second girl about too be clocked out. They were just in the back goofing off. I was grossed out because one of the girls had her phone in her leggings and using her phone sticking it back inside her leggings and went and made a smoothie without washing hands! Her uniform shirts looked dirty and had holes and messy hair. I question my self if I should just leave. But my daughter wanted an açaí bowl. So I divided to wait give it a chance. finally the cashier took my order but didn't make it right away because she was making a previous order and an online order so I was there for a long time I believe more that 45 minutes. She went to the back to look for lids her station was not only not clean but also not stacked. I was just so disappointed on how this store was being run. The store smelled bad and I was just thinking how badly I wanted to leave and get a refund and thinking I didn't want my daughter getting sick because the lack of knowledge this store had in food handling.

Whoever the manager is for this place needs to know this. Please hire more workers!! This is a shame that one person is only working when the line is out the door. Poor girl works her butt off whenever I'm here! Shame on you!! Seems like this is the trend for Jamba Juice's... You're gonna lose so many customers to Juice it Up because there's always enough help there.

Closed during business hours with no explanation on door or otherwise. Typically 1 worker inside and they prioritize online orders over in person orders. Had to wait 20 minutes in person until the 3 sandwiches and 3 shakes for online were prepared for the people who were not there! Crazy!

The other day I walked into the magnolia location before my work out . The employee was not helpful. I asked for suggestions she offered nothing. She made me feel like I was interrupting her day. Then she served me a watery egg bite. It waS dripping with water. The drink I ordered was nothing like I ever ordered at Jamba juice. It was tasteless and a waste of 12 dollars.

This Jamba Juice has great service and hard workers. We were here earlier today and Larissa made our orange dream machine drink pretty good. But unfortunately this place is under staff and we weren't able to get more of our yummy drink because there was no one working. Please hire more staff!!!
