I usually come to this spot after my workouts and get the same thing every time but today the small ginger girl cashier had attitude and cut me off while I was saying my order. I ordered a pb banana protein smoothie like always but today it didn't taste right and tasted like it lacked protein and I know she heard me because she asked me whey or soy protein. Hope to see a change in attitude in the future.

Came in here after a hike at nearby Mt. Rubidoux. I had no idea a large smoothie was 8.49. I almost canceled my order because I'm not a baller like that. The strawberry surf something is DELICIOUS!!! I highly recommend getting it. You won't be disappointed. If Top Gun Maverick was a drink this would be it.

Worst customer service in all locations. Stop serving 2 hours prior to closing time in almost all locations. No call out on website about not serving juices after 2 pm. Incorrect phone number listed on the website even if we want to check and visit the location.

Asked for chocolate mood and she made it peanut butter even though we didn't want that. Plus peanut allergies exist I get not wanting to remake the drink but it was a mistake on your end not ours.

Just go to the one on off magnolia, came to this one a few times since it's closer to my house. Smoothies are always super watered down. Staff are very dismissive and always seems like your bothering them by walking into the store. Came a handful of times to see if it was just a bad day but it's just a bad location. One off magnolia on the Lowe's shopping center is a lot nicer and actually make the drinks correctly.
The team here is so incredibly friendly. We accidentally dropped a smoothie on the ground outside without getting a drink of it and they offered to give us a new one. We will be coming back very often :) definitely a five star experience!!

Bowls are pre made??♂️why? Came in for something fresh and made the way I like it..and was told they are pre made and can’t remove and or add to the bowls.. fresh is made to order not it’s done and sitting in a refrigerator… might be sold today , might not right?

There was one worker behind the counter, my girl Mariah was working over time and was great, but she's definitely overworked. She shouldn't be working in these conditions, and considering she has allergies that prevent her from working solo she shouldn't be back there alone. The solution to this isn't to fire/ avoid hiring anyone with a food allergy. The solution is to give your employees fair hours and make sure if they are forced to be alone that they are well compensated for it.

Horrible customer service. Called this business many times. Employees refused to answer the phones. Idk how hard it is to make a smoothie and answer phones. $15.50 a hour and still can't do the simplest of things. Bad work ethic.
