Jaired / Jared provided me with great customer service ! She made my sub delicious and was very friendly especially after along shift I really appreciated her interaction

Love Jersey Mike's. At this location Employees are to busy talking to greet you when you walk in. Sandwich didn't taste good.

Great service as always

Generally this location is pretty good as I usually just come in and order at the shop. However, out of the 3 orders I have made over the phone, 2 of them have been wrong and did not have bacon that was supposed to come with the sandwich (#8 Club Sub), and since it was a phone order I don’t actually get to see them make the sandwich as it is just being put in the bag when I arrive. Super disappointing that phone orders are not super accurately made. For a $20 sandwich, it should at least be made correctly.

The food is great everytime I order it but $21 for one sandwich is ridiculous I can buy two full plates of Chinese food for the same price that two people wouldn’t be able to finish the price of the sandwich is just not worth it

Jaired was disrespectful and rude to me and my kid she has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced she didn’t acknowledge me until 15 minutes later and charged me twice

for 3 dollars i expect more than like 4 pieces of avocado, had like 5 banana peppers, lettuce tasted like onions. please keep your utensils clean. bacon ranch sub straight up looked SAD. generally just bad i wish i could get a refund

They have such slow workers here and they were so disrespectful one of the coworkers with dye pink hair(male)was being extremely rude and cutting me off each sentence will never come

Service was fine. The sandwich I ordered however ended up tasting like blood as if something was undercooked ?. I ordered as soon as they opened only for it to taste horrible.

I was there after a long day of work and got hungry , went to this particular location, the female worker just looked at me and didn’t even acknowledged me to help me with my order. It was on 11/16/23 and 6:15pm . Go to flame broiler instead better service.

I placed an order on the App at 1pm to pick up for my lunch at 2 pm. I got there, and an employee Jaden came off not as friendly when he told me my order was not ready and that it needed to be remade again. It will only take 2 minutes. According to him, my preorder sub was made ASAP and not as a timed order and was put in the refrigerator. I sat down to wai, and after 8 minutes, I looked up and saw my food was ready. I asked him why he didn't tell me my order was ready. Jaden said he thought I was in the bathroom and didn't see me. He then became more irate by saying, "What can I do? I messed up. I asked for a manager and spoke with Rosi, the manager. I explained to Rosie what had occurred. She said she would talk to him. I went to have my sub and saw the sandwich was not fresh meat looked thrown together along with vegetables. It was sloppy made and not to the standards of Jersey Mike's. I called and spoke with Rosi, and she will remake it. However, there was no lunch for me in the meantime. I went back and spoke with Rosi and showed the sub, and she said it's roast beef that had a reddish coloring. I only ate roast beef that's brown, but okay. I will not eat here again. Check the pictures for yourself. Would you eat this?
