The man with the pink hair and girl working around 4:30 today were absolutely TRASH. This new generation of workers are ridiculous. They were both high out of their minds like GIRL. If you wanna get high that's cool but at least do your job right. They have no respect for their jobs / store talking trash about everything/everyone that works there clear as day as people are picking up sandwiches & the sandwich bar was an absolute mess and there were only 2-3 customers while we were there. Hopefully the GM realizes these types of children have no idea what customer service is let alone being able to run an establishment on their own. My elderly mother said bye on her way out & they laughed. People have such sad disgusting attitudes, it's a shame. & to think of them reproducing BIG YIKES

I went there Sunday night again to give them a second try, the worker was SO rude and he ignored us when we walked in and said nothing at all.

Wow, I'm in total shock, I always order from Jersey Mike's, and today, I was totally surprised by the customer service given by assistant manager Julia. I ordered 2 sandwiches on December 22nd at 6:42 PM, and both sandwiches were delivered. One was totally wrong. They did not pay attention to the details in the order that was submitted online. After the delivery, I immediately called back and spoke to Amen, and he was very apologetic, and I wanted to come back and get a free sandwich. Because they did not do what the order specified. So right now, I called to retrieve the sandwich that I was told that was going to be replaced from the mess up 12/22, Julia very rudely told me. Amen doesn't have the right to pass out free sandwiches and stated I would not be receiving a replacement sandwich.

I'm not complaining about Jersey Mike's just this particular location. I've been there a few times the staff is never ever Pleasant or friendly and on top of that the place is disorganized would it hurt the owners to put up a simple rope so that it was obvious who has ordered and who was waiting on an order instead of just having a room full of people confused. On top of everything there are no soft materials in the store everything is hard so everything Echoes and it becomes extremely difficult to know what they're saying if there's a room full of people. This store this location needs New Management.

The service here is awful. Takes 3x as long as other locations because the employees are constantly chatting with each other and not paying attention to customers. You would probably get your food faster by driving to another location.

Service was fine. The sandwich I ordered however ended up tasting like blood as if something was undercooked ?. I ordered as soon as they opened only for it to taste horrible.

I was there after a long day of work and got hungry , went to this particular location, the female worker just looked at me and didn’t even acknowledged me to help me with my order. It was on 11/16/23 and 6:15pm . Go to flame broiler instead better service.
Here almost daily... not kidding. Jersey Mike's juices and cherry pepper relish, hit a spot that no where else can lol. I get the veggie, but when I'm craving meat, I love their turkey. Their roast beef is really good as well. The meat and cheese is sliced fresh and veggies are topped fresh as well. **Get it Mikes way.. add mayo and cherry pepper relish to the lid** literally the cherry on top!! Everyone working; whether day or night shift, everyone is so friendly and helpful personable. All while being quick during the small lunch or dinner rush. They're cold & hot subs are really good as well. So yummy!! You'll definitely be returning!!

I usually have great experiences when eating at Jersey Mike's. However, at this Jersey Mike's located on University Ave. Riverside was shocking for me. I've ordered food on the app a few times already, and no problem. This time, I ordered an hour before I would pick up my sub at 2:00pm. This way, I'll have more time to eat for my 30-minute break. I got there about 2:05 p.m., and the employee (Jaden ) asked who was the pick-up for, and I gave my name. He said that order was made at the 1pm I ordered on the App and it's in the fridge. We will make you another one in 2 minutes. This place was busy at the time so I don't know how it would be only 2 minutes. I sat and wait for 5 minutes and saw a bag was on the counter. I asked Jaden if it was mine. He said yes, and asked why didn't you tell me. He said I thought you went to the restroom. Why would I go to the restroom? I'm waiting in the front so all workers could see. I saw the manager Rosie and shared my bad experience. She said she would talk to Jaden. I got to break the room, and my sandwich looked like garbage or leftovers. I couldn't believe what they served me. See the pictures for yourself. I just opened the package, and there this inedible sandwich. It something you would find in their dumpsters after work. I paid a total of about $12.00 for sub #9 and diet coke. This is not the standard of Jersey Mike's food or customer service. I called and spoke with Rosie ( manager) and she said to bring it back. I had to wait until I got off at 5:30pm to bring back. Needless to say, no lunch today. I showed Rosie the sandwich, and she said that's the correct sandwich. I said I've had better-looking sandwiches than this at Jersey Mike's. There was no apology, just I'll make you another one. I got my sandwich and left. Yelpers, please let me know if you have bad experiences with this location. It's a 1 star for me. Yuck

I placed an order on the App at 1pm to pick up for my lunch at 2 pm. I got there, and an employee Jaden came off not as friendly when he told me my order was not ready and that it needed to be remade again. It will only take 2 minutes. According to him, my preorder sub was made ASAP and not as a timed order and was put in the refrigerator. I sat down to wai, and after 8 minutes, I looked up and saw my food was ready. I asked him why he didn't tell me my order was ready. Jaden said he thought I was in the bathroom and didn't see me. He then became more irate by saying, "What can I do? I messed up. I asked for a manager and spoke with Rosi, the manager. I explained to Rosie what had occurred. She said she would talk to him. I went to have my sub and saw the sandwich was not fresh meat looked thrown together along with vegetables. It was sloppy made and not to the standards of Jersey Mike's. I called and spoke with Rosi, and she will remake it. However, there was no lunch for me in the meantime. I went back and spoke with Rosi and showed the sub, and she said it's roast beef that had a reddish coloring. I only ate roast beef that's brown, but okay. I will not eat here again. Check the pictures for yourself. Would you eat this?

Came here during lunch hour...luckily not too long of a line. Operates like like a Subway. There is also some indoor seating. I got the Mike's Chicken Philly, and it was good.
