$19.45 for a giant turkey and provolone is pretty expensive ESPECIALLY when the turkey is sliced extremely thin that you can almost see through it and 10 extremely thin slices of turkey on the whole sandwich and 4 and a half slices of thinly sliced provolone. The only thing GIANT about this sandwich was the GIANT amount of lettuce they put on your sandwich to make it look GIANT and the price. The amount of lettuce they put on their sandwiches overpowers the taste of the turkey. Sadly the amount of ingredients is becoming less on sandwiches and the price is going up. Very disappointed.

Super nice and friendly staff here. Had an incident with my food and they were very quick to make things right and fix my order. Displays is very clean and organized. Fresh slice meat and cheese every time. Daily fresh baked bread. Amazing real sugar drinks. The cream soda is my absolute favorite. Lots of other good sweet treats for AFTER definitely check them out. I recommend the turkey sandwich the number seven.

The only person who listens at the shop is the person cutting the bread. The second it leaves that spot and goes to ingredients it's a battle. First they will ask you if you want it "Mike's" way. That is a trick question because no matter what you say that is how you are going getting it. Let's go through the experience: You want it Mike's way? No. Ingredients go on that I don't want. No, please stop, I say. More ingredients I don't want go on. No, please stop. More ingredients. No, please stop. It goes to the next person. Do you want salt and pepper? No, please stop making my sandwich. Continues to make my sandwich. Anything else? I want you to know that I have told your team no and to stop over four times. Both people get mad with me and start arguing. Now I don't get mad I just laugh and recall exactly what happened. The customer behind me speaks up and confirms that I kept saying and to please stop. They both argue some more. I laughed again. This is what I want on my sandwich lettuce, onion, oregano. No other toppings, no mayo, no bacon, they both look at me and are fuming. First person takes off a couple ingredients and leaves them on the prep area. What do you want on your sandwich? Lettuce, and onions please. They put my same lettuce back on and slides it over to the next person. Who takes the previous piece of bread with mayo and bacon on it and places it on top of the sandwich. Again I don't want mayo or bacon on my sandwich just oregano please, I explained. The second person again starts to argue with me, they do that automatically and I have to say something before if I don't want certain things on there. I try to explain that I did before, but they repeat themselves. So I ask for no mayo or bacon please, just oregano. The person stares at me angrily for a moment then gos and gets a new piece of bread. Come back put the bread on top(no oregano) the entire time angrily telling me I have to tell them what I want on my sandwich before. I really don't want the people behind me to have to wait anymore so I pay for a sandwich I didn't order and go. This isn't the first time this has happened in the store or through the app for Jersey Mike's. The only time I have ever received the correct sandwich is by ordering it through the DoorDash app. I've lived across the street for 6 years, I like their sandwiches and in that time the only way to get any acceptable service is to pay a third party app to do it. Think about that, if I actually want their sandwiches I have to pay nearly double to get it otherwise I get something else I didn't order. Every time, it has been every time. Every couple of months I give it a other go. Number 8, regular on rosemary, I only want lettuce, onions and oregano. Should be easy right. Never is.

Unfortunately, after my entire family ate there for lunch today, all 4 of us got violently ill 3-4 hours later. High fevers, vomiting and other symptoms directly related to food poisoning. Highly disappointed as this was our first experience with this location so close to Riverside National Cemetery, where my grandparents are buried. Will not be going back. Additionally, Bathrooms were not clean enough for guests to use.
