The food is good, but some of the people there have a chip on their shoulder. Took forever to greet/acknowledge the customer. Not very friendly.

Bought a hot sub and added bacon for $2.50 on 7/02/25 at 11:40 am. Picked it up, drove home, took a bite and realized no bacon. Drive back and manager says they can’t remake it but they will give me bacon. Got a nasty cold sub with bacon on the side to eat lol. Atleast offer a refund or to remake, don’t eat here, too expensive for what you get.

I been to a few different jersey mikes, and the food quality is always top notch, but there was a great atmosphere at this one. Everyone who helped me asked how my day was, they were fast and efficient, keeping the line moving without rushing anyone. I’ll be coming back to this shop more often

Three employees (Darrius-Black, BEN-White, and Denise-Asian) work at this location from 2:25-2:30 pm. I was in line by myself. No one acknowledged my presence. I understood everyone was busy so I was patiently and demanded anyone to take my order. Darius made a sandwich, and Denise brought a customer to the register. Ben was doing NOTHING but avoid making eye contact with me. Denise acknowledged my presence after she was done at the cash register and took my order. Denise prepared my order at the grill. Darius asked BEN to bring me up while I was waiting. BEN ignored Darius and started making a sandwich for another order. After Ben made the sandwich, he began to make a sandwich for the white female customer behind me. I moved up to the cash register. Ben continued to ignore my presence and bring up the white female customer. After the lady paid and left the store, Ben finally acknowledged my presence and charged for my sandwich. I asked Ben I was in line as a paying customer before other customer, just like any customer, but you took her order and avoided me. Ben replied that the older lady was cutting in front of me. I told Ben that was not true. Ben took my money and rolled his eyes like whatever.

Darius and Denise did nothing wrong. something is wrong with Ben.

I will never spend my money at Jersey’s Mike again.
