Just picked up an elderly lady, very slowly walking with a cane. She requested to be dropped off here at Jimmy Johns on Magnolia. As I drove off, I noticed a young male employee unlocking the door for her with keys, and it struck me that it's early. Checked store hours and noticed they do not open for another 20 minutes. Wanted to post my appreciation for the courtesy extended to this lady. She clearly had difficulty standing and walking. Thank you for not making her wait outside for 20 minutes.

I’ve been to this Jimmy John’s location several times, and every time Manny is working, it’s a fantastic experience! Manny, the employee with the signature backwards hat, always greets customers with a smile and goes above and beyond with his amazing customer service. Not only is he incredibly efficient, but he also makes the experience enjoyable with his positive attitude and friendly demeanor. He’s always on top of things, ensuring orders are correct and that customers feel valued. If you’re looking for great food and even better service, Manny is the one who makes it happen. The last two times in a row that I ordered from this Jimmy John’s store on Door Dash, my order was cancelled. Don’t know if it’s an issue with the store itself or they just cancel large orders because they don’t want to make all the sandwiches? Lol… my last order was over $100. This has happened twice in a row now, what gives?

This was my first time to Jimmy John's I like Italian Subs. I told the cashier that it was my first time. I said is it set up like subway were you pick your own bread, she said were better then Subway. I asked if they could toast it she said we only serve cold sandwiches. I ordered the Vito. It was ok, but not better then the Spicy Italian at subway, where I can choose my own bread and get it toasted. It wasn't bad it was good and I would go back, if there is a subway in the same parking lot I will go to Subway.

This is terrible! Both locations within 2 miles of one another - closed. Hours posted 11am to 7pm. Lights off. No staff in sight. No answer to calls. No sign to indicate "be back soon." Or "closed" Just empty. This is the most bizarre.
For some reason my deli meat was just a ring of fat! I even took a pic as I have never seen this before.
