Really odd. 9/30/23 attempt to enter store. Lights on. Hours posted: 11am to 9pm. Door is locked. No "be right back" sign. Google indicates they're open. No one is here. Really weird. Feels like twilight zone.

Sandwich was great but the thing that I was not happy about was the roll for the sandwich was tough. By the time I was done eating the sandwich my teeth hurt and jaw. That's really the only complaint. I should of just put it on bread at home.

Their hours are always different. Attempted to order Sunday when they say they close at 4pm, when I called they said they close at 3. I have gone during the week when Google says they are open but they are closed. They need to make their hours correct.

Well this is my first message after making a full circuit back on to magnolia boulevard after being kidnapped by hostile alien life forms and being given booty juice all around a terrific holiday season I'm not sure if it was the peyote quite a few years ago or all the have Bibles LSD I slept on from a really cool shamans but I think I'm back to really cool universe again anyways I haven't been harassed by security guard just yet so I'm going to go ahead and make my contribution here and say it's a wonderful atmosphere five stars

Placed an order for pick up and when we got there it was closed. Had to call another store and I was told this store closes at 5:30 pm. Yet their open sign is out and my family and 3 other families waited to get told its closed. Going to jersey Mike's from now on. It would've been nice to see a closed sign or told the store was closed online.

Came by for my favorite sandwich combo. JJ’s has never let me down. Tonight, the bread is as hard as a rock! It doesn’t even taste the same. What a disappointment! If you could only hear me “knocking on it”! My oatmeal cookie was also stale. I will still eat at JJ’s but not this location.
