!!!!!Jamba juice is across the street. I'd go there if I were you!!!!! Unfortunately this juice it up just lost a loyal customer. I spend easily over 150$ a month here but this young lady i have never seen here before was complacent and rude from the gate. And when they made my order wrong they instead of fixing it. I was told I was wrong. Its a sad state of affairs when id rather just deal with AI than your crappy customer service. Jamba juice is across the street. I'd go there if I were you. Its the one in The one back. Not the front she was fine :)

It’s not the poor girls fault. But the owner needs to pay them more or hire more people. She was so over worked it’s insane. All by herself with at least 30 orders on a Saturday morning. My açaí bowl took over 25 minutes to come out

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Juice It Up. The store is supposed to open at 8:00 AM, but even by 8:30 AM, the lights were off, the doors were locked, and no one was there to assist customers. The open sign was lit, which added to the confusion. I called multiple times and received no response. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when customers make the effort to visit during posted business hours.

10/9/2024. Ive been coming to location for over 10 years. Within this last year Ive noticed some negative changes. Today...once again, this location is not compliance with 2024 Heat Law for employees. The owner has the workers working indoors in extreme, it feels like a sauna, without a safe ac/coolant system that is set by law of California; Cal OSHA Title 8 Section 3396. I informed by customers this has been going on throughout the Summer. Employees you have the rights to work and a safe place. Guess who will be making that phone?
