Located in the 'University Village' near UCR. There's plenty of parking, but not near the entrance.
I was craving a classic smoothie so I placed my order via their app. I had their 'Pina Cool-Ada' (pineapple, banana, non-fat yogurt, and coconut flakes); it was the perfect refreshing treat for a warm, late afternoon.
While the inside lobby is tiny, they have a few tables outside to enjoy your drink.
Service was fast and efficient. My order was ready as soon as I walked in the door. The young gentleman at the register was very welcoming and attentive.
Between the great service and the tasty smoothie, I’ll for sure be a repeat customer. I'll be back to try other flavors.

I went in on 01/7/2026 at 6 pm and let’s just the rudest employee was working, she was wearing a criminal minds sweater shirt I think and white crocs and she told us to order as soon as we walked into the door, and did not give me and the other person I was with kindness at all and when it went to the tip screen she just stared at us and didn’t tell us anything, she then also snapped at us when another employee told us that our smoothies were ready and she yelled at us those aren’t our smoothies and then snapped at her fellow employee, she was just rude the whole time, i don’t know if she was having a bad day or what

I work down the street and I like to use Juice It Up! instead of a spot close to my work. I just feel like every time I come in here. The employees are not very welcoming and for being a manager at my current location I feel that customer service is one of your main priorities. I also went in to pick up an online order, and the girl handed me. My bowls didn’t even put them in a bag handed me a bag, and I had to put them in the bag Myself. Maybe they’re having a bad day. Maybe this is something that the owners need to discuss with them but I do feel that customer service is the main key and needs to be highly worked on at this location. This is the second time that it’s happened to me. I didn’t address the first time, but after today I felt that it highly needed to be addressed.

Unfortunately this juice it up just lost a loyal customer. I spend easily over 150$ a month here but this young lady i have never seen here before was complacent and rude from the gate. And when they made my order wrong they instead of fixing it. I was told I was wrong. Its a sad state of affairs when id rather just deal with AI than your crappy customer service. Jamba juice is across the street. I'd go there if I were you. Its the one in The one back. Not the front she was fine :)

It’s not the poor girls fault. But the owner needs to pay them more or hire more people. She was so over worked it’s insane. All by herself with at least 30 orders on a Saturday morning. My açaí bowl took over 25 minutes to come out

I got a juice here, pineapple was added with the skin, either that or something else left a synthetic taste that lasted far after the juice did
showed up 5 minutes before closing time. despite actively taking the order of someone who walked in right before me, staff said they were closed.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Juice It Up. The store is supposed to open at 8:00 AM, but even by 8:30 AM, the lights were off, the doors were locked, and no one was there to assist customers. The open sign was lit, which added to the confusion. I called multiple times and received no response. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when customers make the effort to visit during posted business hours.
