Okay so I had to come here to write this review for the new owners. I believe they just switched a few weeks ago and OMG you can tell a huge difference. They want to make your drink and want to do it right with a smile on their face. I met Candace today one of the owners and just because of this new ownership I am telling everyone to go here. Literally feels like I'm walking into a difference juice bar! Thank you thank you! You have a repeat customer who downloaded the app!

You walk in and the staff just seem defeated. No charismatic introduction. Smoothie I ordered was watered down and did not have any banana in the smoothie (which was the key ingredient in the smoothie). What a depressing place.

I visit this specific location frequently and this is hands down the best juice it up location I’ve ever been to. I was helped by daisy for my fresh juices and smoothie bowls , shes able to get out my order between the three machines it takes all while taking care of any walk in customers and cleaning , great service, every store needs atleast one employee like this and la sierra has daisy

Grabbed an evergreen and lucky lemon punch smoothie here. The evergreen I received was basically a juice, not a smoothie. I did ask for extra sherbert, but all the times I've gotten a smoothie with extra sherbert, it's never been runny at all (I also used to work at a Juice It Up!, so I know from many previous experiences). I didn't say anything because it still tasted good. Grabbed a lucky lemon for my boyfriend and he didn't try it until we were already in the process of going home. It tasted extremely off to say the least; it tasted as if something had been added, or the blenders weren't properly cleaned, or as if the produce had gone bad. Neither of us could tell what was making it taste so horrible, but needless to say that that lucky lemon remained unfinished and went right into the trash. Employees were nice though, so no complaints there. Quite an unfortunate visit, and will make me hesitant to visit this location again.

This girl HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I went in to place my other and she was super RUDE!Her attitude and then I grabbed the receipt off her hand and she could tell I was upset and she laughedI don’t have time to put up with people’s attitude. I was trying to have a good day && the workers were talking about how the store manager told them to RECYCLE THE GLOVES Okay DEFINITELY NOT COMING HERE EVER AGAINPlus my Smoothies were super watered down

I'm not one to complain... I've never been to this location. Went in and there were two young workers. One just finished up an order. After I came in, some young adults came in that seems to know the workers. I watched as the two workers finished up the previous customers orders. The female worker called over to the young man behind me to go to the side... where we would pick up our order. He seemed to have been giving her their orders... he goes wait back to his group now looking like they're just waiting for drinks now. The female worker then goes to make drinks... after what looks to be about 7-8 drinks she made, the group behind us picked up their orders. So here I am waiting a good 10 mins before my order was even taken. I don't mind your friends coming over to your work and getting drinks but I would think it would be professional to serve the paying customers first before you make drinks for your friends

First time trying this location, got two acai berry bowls one with pineapple and blueberries the pineapple was spoiled and the blueberries were too tarty definitely not the freshest bowl the other one was just acai and blueberries not too good either
