These kids need training on service no greeting no smile. Just angry attitude service. Don't forget the customer pays your check. Not the other way around. Came in 7pm, but in fairness the drink was good.

For the prices for a medical drink the workers should have a better attitude. Maybe the workers should have the attitude of Starbucks. These employees can’t explain what’s in a drink or determine a drink by ingredients do better if you don’t like your job please quit

As a former mystery shopper, I would have given 10's in all categories. Acknowledgement, greeting, eye contact, listening, customer service friendly voice, resolved my issues of never being here and was very patient to answer my many questions. So many suggestions were made with kindness. It was apparent this is their normal way of business. The customers were smiling as they came in. The 2 women worked as a team. They smiled as they worked and especially at the pick up counter. This is definitely a place I can't wait to return. As I sit here, I just heard one of the worker give pleasant instructions to questions at pickup. Awesome manager too!!!!

I went on Saturday to this location I have the receipt and a picture of what happened When I was in my car drinking my smoothie I felt something weird in my mouth like a piece of plastic I was already in the freeway I regret not going back to the store and complain about it People who make your smoothie should be more careful

every time I get smoothies from this location they taste like water. I buy at least 3 at a time for family and they say the same. I frequent juice it up about 3x a week. this location near my home or the one on university or the one in Perris. the day st location always taste like sweet water. I wrote a review today because the cashier wasn't very friendly. I won't be back to this location.

Thankfully the staff was knowledgable and recommended the vital proteins blue bowl. I fruit flavors tasted good and I liked that they put just the right amount of toppings, not overdone or dripping. Overall, pleasant inside and clean on the outside of the building. Would try it out again here!
