About two weeks ago, I ordered a dozen tamales from this location over the phone. The person who answered was somewhat rude and had difficulty understanding English, which I understand, but it was still frustrating. When I received the food, it was okay, but not to my liking. What really upset me, though, was when I bit into my second tamale and found a large bone in the middle. I’m not exaggerating—if I had bitten down any harder, it could’ve broken my teeth. The bone was huge and completely unexpected. I didn’t call to report the issue or mention it to anyone at the time, but after that experience, I won’t be returning to this location. The food wasn’t to my taste, and I didn’t feel the service met my expectations.

Came in to get a chicken burrito. There was a few people ahead of me. Their food was being prepared. So an employee saw me, I am at the end of the line. She then came to assist me from a distance and took my order. She came over from mopping the kitchen floor. Never took the gloves off she was wearing to mop the floor, nor washed her hands. She began making my burrito with the gloves on. Grabbing from the food bin and heating a tortilla. I could not say anything due to my distance from her at this time. Her overall hygiene was disgusting, how she was allowed to work like that is beside me. Finally I was able to flag down the manager. Told him and he said something to her in Spanish and walked away. He threw everything away. He offered to remake my food and I declined. NO way in hell would I eat from a place that doesn't police there staff or put food quality and cleanliness first. I'm glad I caught this. Could have been extremely bad. This was my first time attempting to eat here and it was my last. You can only imaging what other food was touched with filthy hand and gloves during preparation of the food. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I’ve been coming here for over 6 years. The food is always so fresh and prepared so deliciously. They also don’t charge extra for their homemade guacamole which I love!

Came for the chicken but I was disappointed. The meat was dry and the skin seasoning wasn’t too good. It had a strong cinnamon-like taste. I saved my leftovers but honestly I don’t think I’ll continue to eat it. Rice and beans were average. Although, I ordered one carne asada taco and I was very pleased with that. Lots of meat that wasn’t chewy and tasty. Wish I had just gone with the tacos.
I didn't like the taste of the chicken, besides it had feathers, very small and expensive, I really don't recommend it ??

I love this place it’s always so good ! I love how they season and cook there rotisserie chickens, my kids love it too !, when we’re craving keriko we go :) the service excellent, and they always make sure to ask what you prefer on your food as far as toppings, it’s very clean and tidy always ! 10/10 highly recommend
