Waste of money. Could not finish the chicken. It was very dry and stale. Biscuit was the same. Sad because I used to LOVE this KFC. It had the most flavorful chicken ever. Now it’s meh for some reason. I’m so sorry I rarely leave bad reviews but this, wow.

When ordering the eight-piece meal deal for $29.99 they don't tell you that it's just legs and thighs for that price on the board in small letters it just says there's an extra charge if you want mixed pieces but they don't give you the price so it's $2 more which is very deceiving you think you're getting mixed pieces for $29.99 turns out they're ringing you up for $31.99 they should have the actual price up there also had to wait a good 15 minutes just for them to take my order seems like they were having trouble filling orders there were only four people overheard them talking about running out of wings so I got the original eight piece meal deal the skin falls right off very disappointed it looks like it could have been fried a little bit longer next time when somebody's ordering the eight piece meal deal the person ringing you up should tell you that it's $2 extra for the mixed not good Kentucky fried Chicken I hope you solve this problem and cook your chicken a little bit longer so the skin doesn't fall right off it's not even Brown it's pale waste of time and money

Worst KFC ever!! I ordered a 12 piece meal crispy at the drive thru had to wait 20 mins for the crispy chicken to come out for me to get home with only legs, thighs and wings no breast mind you I paid $46 it was not the leg & thigh special they had for $25. It’s so upsetting since my husband only eats the breast pieces. I know with a 12 piece there is 3 of each. I tried calling and their phone only rings no one ever answers.

Great spot! Super clean, fast service, and everyone was really nice. Joseph was the highlight — super helpful, patient, and made the whole experience feel effortless. Definitely deserves a raise! I’ll for sure be returning.

Casual atmosphere with a large dinning room ordered potato wedges and they were inedible brought them back only for more of the same. Never again.

I ordered a three piece chicken strips, meal with potato wedges and a Pepsi the #4 The cashier was rude. Barely greeted me, handed me the wrong soda. Looked irritated when I asked him for the Pepsi I ordered. I got my food and it was so disgusting. I couldn’t even eat it. The chicken strips look like they had been under the fryer for two days all shriveled up and disgusting. The wedges were stale. To be fair, the biscuit was fine. I will never go back
Worst KFC ever been too. The drive thru guy was very rude. Handed my food without saying Thank you. I ask for sauces and he just handed them to me and immediately shut his window. Very rude. When I opened my chicken strips they were burnt and chicken was very dry. Even the biscuit was dry. I almsot went back to complain and but figured it wasn't worth my time if their drive thru employee was rude. I will never visit this place again. I hope they get audited soon because you can tell they dont clean out the grease. Worst KFC ever.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and got no pickle as it’s just chicken mayo and pickle also their buns are so cold could use a toasting or warm grill… also the famous bowl I paid $6 for was slapped on half way with just two small pieces of chicken. Talk about quality. Felt like not cooking tonight and now regretted my meal and hard earned money spent on very crappy quality and service. Reviews were right and I still went. Never again.
