Chicken is good. They know the different chicken pieces. However, when you pay for green beans, you still get Mashed potatoes with gravy. They don’t know the difference between potatoes and green beans.

Every time I go..they forget to give me my complete order!!!🤨😡
Like virtually every fast food place, grossly understaffed. Trying to rely on online ordering and payments, but even that was SLOW. Prices are too high in relation to the food and service offered.

I don't like to complain.., but you've forgot the coleslaw on my Nashville hot bowls twice in a row. If it's a training error, fine, just correct it. If you're straight up out of coleslaw, please let customers know ahead of time.

The fried chicken was fried very badly, so the skin was separated and there was still soggy fried skin. It was a complete failure.

: Consistently Disappointing Experience at Your Restaurant- you have one job. Have chicken.
I want to express my deep frustration with the repeated experience my group and I have had at your restaurant in Canyon Crest. On multiple occasions—both on weeknights and weekends—we have arrived only to be told that you have stopped cooking chicken at 8 PM. This is completely unacceptable for a restaurant that is still open for business. Running out of a staple menu item so early in the evening suggests serious issues with planning, inventory management, or simply a lack of regard for your customers’ expectations.
This isn’t a one-time issue. It has happened frequently enough that it’s clear this is a pattern, not an isolated mistake. A well-run restaurant anticipates demand and ensures that key menu items are available throughout operating hours. The fact that this continues to happen signals poor management and inadequate staff training.
As a local business, you should be striving to build loyalty within the community, not driving customers away with repeated disappointments. I have genuinely tried to support your establishment despite past frustrations, but every time I return, I am reminded why I stopped coming in the first place.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and make meaningful improvements. At the very least, your team should communicate clearly if certain items will be unavailable rather than letting customers arrive only to be turned away disappointed.

Waited 25 minutes for 5 PCs of fried chicken. Try a different location or different unless you don't mind waiting for "fast food".
Rude youngsters working in there

Not sure why this KFC has the worst original chicken for years. I visited first time in a year thinking may be got better. Plus they get the order wrong most of the time. My husband also says they NEVER get the order correct. I even asked at the drive thru to make sure that the chicken order was mixed pieces. But i get home, it was ALL dark meat. I drive back with the bucket upset, and the manager Joseph says from the back with the attitude " So I just need to replace with wing and a breast meat?" The whole time he had an attitude. There was no word of sorry for getting the order wrong and my having to come back to the store.
