I am a driver thru multi platforms. First time picking up order from kfc for a customer . I parked and walked inside area for pickup orders for the drivers was very easy to find although I didn't care for the bad being sealed no receipt on the outside of the bag therefore making it more difficult for me to verify the items of the order for my customer. My app had extra alerts . So I attempted to double check biscuits were in bag with store employee. He was very short with me, had an unapproachable tone in his voice and used rude body language as through assisting with item conformation was making him mad. I felt uncomfortable.so thumbs down to this locations employee attitude. 👎. Because of this experience as a delivery driver I personally will no longer be giving this location my business.

Every time I’ve brought the family, the chicken has been fresh and service has been fantastic. A couple times now, we’ve been helped by Jasmine who has been beyond friendly and professional. Wished other KFC locations had staff as welcoming as her. We will definitely be regulars at this location.

I'll never go back, first seen family meal for 30 somethang asked if we could get a couple breast sence that's all dad would eat she said no, then seen picture in window of a bucket of chicken for ten somethang ordered that with two sides and baskets, and a meal with two breast s two sides, ended up costing me forty somethang dollars, when I got home there was no bucket it was two boxes one had meal two breasts two tiny sides, the other had six pieces of chicken thigh and legs, a small coleslaw, small mash potatoes with gravy already on it 2 biscuit, no honey no butter, chicken tasted like rubber like reheated in microwave, baskets cold and hard, was not even worth the price it cost me, no receipt but used my card, then I see on line the bucket deals and one does have breast included, gas I sent cheep if I had lived closer I would of went in and complained, didn't notice until once home, put it this way I am leaving now to go get somethang to eat spent all that and wasn't anouf to feed three of us, wasn't worth eating better off getting 7/11 premade chicken, and employees maybe a lot more courteous..

February 18 2025 11 35am placed an order on the app I upgraded my side and my drink to large when going the lobby was closed so I rode my scooter to the window I was given my food right away I said I upgraded my side to a large as well as the drink he handed me a large drink but the Mac and cheese was a small regular size then as I was writing the review the kid comes out side and tells me to order right next time very professional when on my order on my phone it says large drink large side thanks kfc

Order food a little while ago and as soon as I opened it at home I found so many things wrong. Biscuit is hard, my 4pc was missing a piece of chicken. My kids 5pc tenders was missing a tender. The Mac n Cheese was cold. I gotta say this place has really gone down hill in the last 5yrs. I can't even bring this up to KFC because I was never given a receipt for my order. Overall disappointment. Last time going to this location.

Manager is horrible to employees! ? not only was he targeting some teenager he could not wait til after my food causing me to wait up to an hour! Honestly horrible time management and horrible service!
