0 Stars actually given if possible. Never got my food after waiting 45 minutes after my app alert stating my food was Ready. Asked for a refund and ANNABEL said no. That I can figure it out thru the app. ANNABEL couldn’t tell me when my order was going to be ready. Bugs on the floor. Costumers were lined up bothered and waiting for the worse service ever.

On today's visit, the wings were old and smelled of rancid Oil. The fries were old. And they have very poor customer service.

Sorry the staff isn't attentive of the front counter when I ran in to use restroom while family was in drive thru and they r all locked well it took way to long but the pot pie was deliscoius

Such a horrible location. The wait there is always 20 minutes when it appears to be empty… they are always forgetting something and can never greet anyone. It’s these young workers.

I always love coming her but with the attitudes the girls were giving ??? Like really ? I was so nice, first at the drive through I ask the girl for some sauces and she cuts me off saying sauces are asked at the window, okay it’s fine, I get to the window, pay for my stuff, she hands me my order, without asking what sauces I wanted, I wait for a minute or two, I’m being ignored so I walk in getting ready to ask for my sauces, the cashier tells me to wait for a moment while she goes to the restroom which is fine, I understand, but she comes back and ignores me still standing there, until a nice guys comes and helps me. Those cashiers are so rude and for no reason

Tuesday Oct 28 9:15 I stopped at this location after work with my son for a quick dine in and the doors were locked even though it says 10 o clock I knocked and the girl work told me to go through the drive thru. Maybe a sign should be posted saying the dine in closes early. Very disappointing she looked annoyed. Never coming back to this location

Melinda I think is so very good with customer service very sweet young lady a male worker was being rude and she helped me made my experience better
It was my second time there and I was looking forward to my food, just to find out some items were missing and when I addressed it, the mgr said I put it in the bag, I said we didn’t have the bag. Not only was she rude insuniating I was making it up she asked me to sign a ticket for the items. I will never go back to a place who tries to blame the customer. Now I see why they have poor reviews

8pm Sept 7. The attendant was really rude and my chicken sandwich was really raw it made me sick I’m probably gonna head to the hospital for salmonella poisoning because this is not okay. Reply for further details!
