I order 2 2 piece meals today & the biscuits were hard as a rock. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to serve meThen when I got a person to serve me. she didn't understand me. She hardly spoke or understood my order. I was very disappointed with the food & service.Wheelchair accessibility: Ues, handicap parking.

Me and my aunt went to the drive thru and the lady told us that the meal we were getting was 12 dollars and the bill ended up being 31 dollars plus tax we asked her for some butter and BBQ and the lady ignored us and when we went inside to ask her for BBQ they had some and we told they how rude she was being the didn't

I got the spicy chicken sandwich they did not put the right filet and the my didn’t even put the right spices inside burger and not only that it was salty , cold and old. I also got the chicken nuggets and they were hard cold and old. They didn’t even put the sauces I asked for which I paid extra for.

I'm making this negative review because the MANAGER "Angel" has no knowledge in customer service and respect for elders. My mother had an incident with him on Friday that caused her to be emotionally distress due to how he treated her and calling her names. At the end she ended up canceling order and when she got home broke down in tears. She was in disbelief that such a young man (The Manager) had no education in customer service and not caring how his staff will see him treating a customer. No one cared and came to my mom's rescue or at least offered an apology. Which shows that everyone at that KFC is the same . With no manners. And now by looking at all their reviews they been having this same issue for a very long time. This will not end until we all put a stop to it.

My coworker and I went to this location to buy our lunch, we could barely hear her and when we inquired for more information she gave it with a bad attitude. She directed my coworker to go to the "next bush", a very vague directive but when she saw her standing in the wrong place she literally told her "back of ". It is so unfortunate that your service is so poor. People working there are ridiculously disrespectful. They do not have manners or people skills. I will do encourage the managers to train their people better or pay them better so the restaurant's service quality does not get this detrimental reviews.

The food is pretty much the same as any other kfc although i have gotten several pieces of under cooked chicken with breading still uncooked.The biggest problem here is the service.WOW what an unpleasant and unwelcome environment. I placed the order thru mobile i got there and a worker had just clocked in. She logged in to register and the. Her lead walked over ignore that i was there and they both walked away without even acknowledging i was standing there. Other workers saw me and looked away. Not a word to someone else to ket then know person was waiting in counter. Looked at watch to see how long this would take. Five minutes went by and lead not back.Finally almost at the ten minute mark another worker walks over to me and not a word just stands there so i say mobile order and without words points at rack. I say yea but comes with drink. Grabs a cup puts on counter and walks away.Not one word of interaction. Just plain cold service.I don’t care how displeases you are with your work or pay. If you accept a job then you do it.This is unacceptable

Been getting take out here for years (10+). As of late the service is terrible, stopped by 8/18/2023 and was served by two young dark haired girls who seemed to be in a rush to get me through the drive thru. They were very short with me and almost snapped with responses to my questions. Had me wait in the parking lot for our food which was fine however when it was brought out it was almost tossed in my car and the girl said nothing and walked away. We won't be back.

I'm at the restaurant at 9:15 on a Wednesday night, the sign on the door says they're open until 10... But they're locked!I guess I'll spend my fast-food dollar somewhere else ?

Rude employees, no customer service skills, I waited 35 minutes for a order for chicken nuggets meal , no manager insight and the acting manager had a attitude, when I did ask how long for the order she had a attitude, This is not the first time I experienced this with same employees.
