Horrible and unprofessional service. We had items missing and our order was completely wrong. They refused to fix it and threw the receipt back instead of handing it back. This is not okay. I will be filing a complaint tomorrow with corporate. They get paid $20 an hour. There is no excuse for the unprofessionalism and not making the order right. The whole closing team should be fired.

I had to wait over 5 minutes to place my order, and unfortunately, my meal was served in two parts, with a 5-minute gap between them. 6 pcs chicken bucket served including a wing and not actually 6 pcs. The dining area was clean, but the restrooms were not well-maintained.

Pedro has no customer service experience whatsoever. The minute we picked our food up he didn’t even acknowledged us. Turned is head away from us to give us the food. We checked the bag for sauces and got some we didn’t even wanted in the pickup order so we turned around to ask for the ones we wanted. He didn’t even apologize or say anything. We got home and noticed the an item was missing and the food was cold, stale, and hard like it was sitting out all day. We went back and were calling the store to ask for a refund. He said we couldn’t because it was an online order and was just being disrespectful. He even admitted that he didn’t even check our bag to make sure all our items were there! What kind of manager does that? Then he insinuated we called him stupid when we said this is stupid. And he was just being rude after that. KFC needs to hire more people that actually know how to handle situations like this. I see most of the reviews are on the manager. Don’t you think it’s time to hire someone new!?

We ordered online it’s was the Worst customer service ever from Pedro worst food ever everything was dry not fresh. The fries was stale. They didn’t put the sauces we ordered and forgot to put our coleslaw it’s so sad to see where KFC’s Standards have fallen so bad I used to be a shift manager at Kfc Years ago And we used to take pride in our Customer Service Treating people, kindness and respect but this was just ridiculous I’m so disappointed. I’m not gonna be going to this Kfc anymore.

This KFC was far the most best place to eat. The food was hot and so fresh, and very delicious 😋. The people there taking your order was very polite and professional. The aera is really nice and safe and its very clean inside and out. Would most definitely recommend this KFC to anyone! Thank you KFC! for the delicious food 😋.

I ordered chicken strips combo, but when I opened up my box....I noticed that the food quality has gotten smaller for a high-quality course meal. Plus, not to mention a large drink that they give you looks most like a regular drink, and other restaurants offer a large drink bigger than what KFac give you. So yeah, I would think twice about ordering from here at an unfair price.

Manager is moody! Changing his standard all the time .Will not give choices like other KFC near by . Even with approval. Blame owner all the times.
I have eaten here many times. The Service has always been excellent. The food is hot and fresh. I highly recommend this KFC....

We came in on a Friday around 6 and the service was pathetic. The restaurant itself was VERY VERY DIRTY. No concept of customer service... very slow! The cashier would take about 4-5 customer in-store orders then pack them ALL up by herself. While the other 4 workers, including what appeared to be a shift manager, took care of the drive thru (which was practically empty during this 20 minute catastrophe). No one acknowledged the customers waiting in line, no one helped the cashier (who moved as slow as molasses) prep and bag the orders. It was pathetic. We don't plan on returning.

Manger is not friendly nor a professional. Anytime I order from staff members my order goes well and fast. Only when the manager handles orders things goes not so good. Not only with me ..I saw many times that happened my advice to owner to check his cameras and if he needs prove . I have it .

This place is horrible, we ordered a 8 pc and they gave us a 5 pc and when we called, they wanted to drive 20 min for the 3 pcs, and the next day the manager said we were lying and wasn't replacing the pcs. Why would we lie about 3 pc's, horrible

If you go there thinking about KFC in Korea, you'll be in big trouble,,,
The biscuits were also soggy,,,
The chicken is not crispy either,,,
Service was terrible in it.Drive through for 5 minutes and still saying, hold on And they gave me the wrong order.
Went inside and the floor was all nasty.
Behind the counter, water everywhere would not recommend
