The day cashier today was a rude. The chicken was once again greasy, so greasy the skin was falling off. They need to hire people who know how to fry chicken. PATHETIC!!!!

I ordered about 100 chicken nuggets for a party online to be picked up several hours later. When we went to pick it up at the time we requested they didn't have the order ready and we had to wait an extra 35 minutes. Instead of being apologetic, the employees acted annoyed and irritated that they had to fill this order. I do not recommend this location.

I do not know what they gave me that was supposed to be chicken. It was disgusting. One piece didn't even have skin on it. Half was supposed to be extra crispy and was not. The only good thing was the mashed potatoes and gravy were hot. What a waste of $40

Half the food is always missing and the nerve the staff has to question if ur telling the truth is laughable. No I'm sorry, nothing. It's not like this place is ever busy. It's pure incompetence and over payed. I mean really, who drives 10 miles with half an order to lie?? Just pathetic

I ordered my food 2 days in advance online for a picnic. I tried calling in the morning on the day of the pickup but no one answered. I tried calling 5 times that morning. When i arrived to pick up my order it wasnt ready. According to the manager my order had been cancelled and their phone has not worked for over 2 months. She did not know why my order was cancelled and could not honor the online prices. The manager apologized and gave me a phone number to call for complaints. The manager did fill my order quickly however. Now that i am reading other reviews i see that s lot of people have had problems with this location too. I will be calling the phone number she gave me to complain.

The worst service ever I try to order the specials they had listed on their website and they kept telling me they were online only and when I asked to speak to the manager or owner they said they only speak Spanish and asked me to drive up to the window. When I went up to the window I said okay give me the special you have on your sign and he said that's only legs and thighs. I said I would like something with the variety of chicken and they just stared at me so I left this is a horrible place to go to and the service is unpleasant.

Cashier: Rachel was very rude when I went through the drive thru. She gave me attitude and when she handed me my order, she didn’t even let me ask for sauce or napkins or anything. She shut the window right after giving me my order. Do not recommend this location for its service. It’s awful.

This place was surprisingly slow, it was not busy when I was there. If you want to get your food fast go threw the drive threw, they put their priority there. Also you might want to ask them to cook the chicken a little longer.Parking: They have their own parking lot

I am very disappointed in this location. I had family over on 10/1/2022 requesting to eat KFC . I went to the drive thru at 6:00 pm and ordered family meal (12 piece chicken meal). At the window i apologize for the inconvenience and asked nicely if I can upgrade to 16 pieces instead . There was one car behind just starting to order when one of the staff members stated I could order the 16 piece family meals because they are out of chicken, bread and sides. At this point I stated I do not mind waiting!The guy in the drive through stated they didn't have any more chicken and sides again with attitude. I asked how can that be if they don't close until 8 pm . At this point I told them to cancel my whole order and went to Stator Bros .
