I tried their food back when they first opened in 2020! The food is absolutely amazing! Grilled chicken and the krispy chicken was beyond delicious. For a chicken restaurant they are far beyond their competitors in terms of quality, price, and quantity of food. I really wish they just marketed better, and did some more advertising around the city. I felt as if there was never any customers in the restaurant. I hope who ever owns the business can figure out why they had to permanently close. Perhaps they will come back soon!

The food deserves a 5 star rating...but the customer service deserves a 4 star rating. The food tasted amazing I come from about 25 minutes away from where the restaurant is located, and I wouldn't mind driving that distance just to eat here. I used DoorDash to order my food for pick up, but when I arrived I saw the "cheese balls" that I thought my girlfriend would like. So I ended up leaving with a chicken sandwich and the cheese balls (or whatever they're called). The sandwich was amazing possibly one of the best sandwiches If not the best one I've ever had from a fast food spot. The cheese balls on the other hand weren't really my style but they weren't terrible. Now on to the customer service. When I arrived, the lady behind the counter was just straight up awkward I asked her for my order and she seemed as if she was on another planet (which is understandable) but once I asked if I could order, she still seemed out of it making the whole situation seem a little weird.

Not starting off well. The posted opening time indicates 11 AM and it is now 1109 and still closed, with no interior lights on.

This place was so good. I am sad to see it closing. The chicken sandwiches are the best in town. I would have chosen this restaurant over and over.

A great location on the main road. Clean and in-crowded with great tasting chicken sandwiches. The cheese balls are yummy mochi balls!--kid approved! Good spot for families and lots of room inside and out for dining!

New spot. Close to the plaza. First time... not disappointed. Clean Nice ambience, roomy , trendy decor friendly staff. The sandwich was delicious, the chicken was tender and the perfect crunch very tasty. The Portuguese bun was also a first for me so delicious! The fries are crunchy and tasty! We will definitely come back and highly recommend!

Yes yes yes just come here instead of chic-fil-a, I had a grilled chicken sandwich and some fries and everything was soooo dang good. I'm not a big chicken head but this was the best chicken sandwich I've had in a long time and those Krispy fires were top notch. I'll def be coming back :)

First time here after a customer of mine recommended it. I ordered the 2nd street spicy chicken sandwich and made it into a combo. Yhe fries were pretty good I almost wish i tried the wasabi mayo fries. The sandwich was amazing. Not as spicy as I would of liked but it had flavor. The chicken itself was super crunchy so A+ on texture. Im fairly picky about sauce and this sauce was delightful. It had a great flavor to it not like a basic mayo. The price is affordable and perfect for what you get. I would 100% come back and I highly recommend this place.

If you are looking for good Korean-style fried chicken that has that je ne sais pas appeal to adult tastes, look no further. There are some interesting things on the limited menu that will turn your head in a fun way. There is nothing particularly appealing about the dining area. It is quite apparent that Covid still makes the rules for establishments like this. I found it rather non-descript, metallic, chillingly industrial. But there are tables inside if you wish to sit. But, ambiance is easily overlooked if the food is at least palatable. Which it was. We ordered one sandwich, the First St, recommended for those who are less adventurous or new to this style of chicken sandwich. Nothing really experimental, just a nice slab of tender chicken breast, fried just right, with a crispy panko crust, layered with coleslaw, a pink house sauce, and tomato on a sweet Portuguese bun. For the more adventurous, you can step it up with more interesting versions. There are 5 versions each with its own taste profile. This sandwich, during these extraordinary, inflationary times, weighs in at about $8.50 for the sandwich alone. The menu also offers chicken strips, several types of salads, and even two kinds of "burritos", that really are more like a fried taquito made with a wonton skin. We tried the one that had a mashed potato-cheese- bacon filling. Yummy. These come with your choice of dipping sauces, made in-house, and quite creative and impressive tasting. We tried the chimichanga and the creamy buffalo, which I decided was a great enhancement to my chicken sandwich as well. Wasabi fries. Starting with their regular hand cut fries, they then are dipped in a light batter and fried until crunchy on the outside, soft on the insides. Then they drizzle them with a green mayo/wasabi sauce that will punish your nostrils, as wasabi is expected to do. A sprinkling of furikake (a blend of predominately seaweed flakes, toasted sesame seeds, and a few other taste-enhancing ingredients) is the final touch. A curious and fun diversion, but between you, me, and the lamppost, this convinced me I shall be a regular fries person from herein. Cheese balls. They come in many flavors, apparently the options changing seasonally. They are, as others described, a deep fried Mochi ball. Mochi is made from rice flour, so it has a chewy, gummy texture to it. The filling we tried was the plain cheese, which actually was a molten lava of sweet cheesecake-like sauce. After frying, they are tossed in a very fine sugar, so they are addictively sweet. They are cooked to order, so allow them to cool down before that first bite! I didn't write the beverage offerings down, but there is a self-service dispenser with Pepsi products. They also have bottled drinks, some of them exotic, like guava juice. I am prepared to return. The chicken was nicely done, the dips made my mouth water. I love the panko texture. I'd like to see how their salads compare, and I think the chicken tenders sound mighty good.

First time today. I ordered two 2nd street, 1 1st street, fries and some chicken strips. Great chicken and fries. I didn't think the 2nd street was spicy and I added avocado when I got home. Glad I went. Highly recommend.

Have been here half a dozen times now, and it's been great every time. The 2nd St sandwich and Krispy fries are the go-to order - bomb every time. Staff is always friendly and attentive, a plus. Do yourself a favor and skip the line at the Chick-fil-A drive thru and have a quality meal at Krispy Street. Support the little guys!

Customer service was great as well as the food! I've been two times back to back and I will go back again. Chicken Strips

Good customer service. Chicken is very crispy. Coleslaw is good. Buns are good. Bit too saucy. Filling. Didn't like wasabi fries.

The chicken is really good. I love the the 2nd street sandwich. Spicy with good flavor. The chicken strips are fire as well. They have good salads fresh and crispy. The caesar dressing taste like a tzatziki sauce to me with a hint of lemon not a classic caesar flavor but it was still good. The potato bacon stick is bomb with the chimchurri sauce. The buffalo sauce is a sweet heat taste good with the fried chicken stick. The cheese balls are like big fluffy donut holes filled with cream cheese. I love the mango ones. The blueberry ones are good too. I thought they would be too sweet like a jelly filled donut but they're surprisingly more savory than sweet. If they made one with maple bacon, that would be the bomb. Food is always fresh and hot with good flavor. I'm an instant fan.
