Still very good food however I was overwhelmingly disappointed with the quality of the tortas. Last time I came here the torta has some type of ham and cheese and it was incredibly delicious cut in two pieces. Well, today March 11th 2024 the torta that I got was not even closed to what I got last time I came here. No cheese nor ham and it just looked completely different.
Nataly is the best server made my lunch so enjoyable thank you

My first experience here was not that great, but giving this location many chances I came to LOVE it!
On Friday, 1/17/25, I went there and I noticed something very gross. The cook was wiping his nose with the same gloves he was preparing the food with. He also was making these hocking sounds like he was trying to bring up mucus. I've been going there for years, but I will never go back there again. The worse experience ever!!!!!

2024... update. Haven't gone back in a long time. Too many order screw ups!
Definitely have a terrible experience today. Im a dd driver, before I pick up a few times order here, not problem. But today the food is ready just place in counter, and worker still let me wait on the line. This is not making any sense, This can be done just for 3 seconds and line is long. Immediately cancelled the order and go to the next one

Been going here for like 8 years now. Progressively getting worse and worse. Less quantity on all foods, increased prices, nickle and diming for peppers and salsas. The menu is more complicated and all over the place and always changing. Daily specials have been changing. It feels like every time i come by in a month, its different. Their POS order system is beyond dated, there shouldn't be a line of 10 people to order every time, and each order taking minutes to figure out their orders. Like "signing receipts" is really a thing here? They need to have the updated ordering tablets that is straight to the point.

I used to love eating here, food was great. The prices have went up and the portions are small and ridiculous for the price. Do not get the ceviche, $10.49!? For 3 tiny tostada's and like 3 Small scoops with barley any shrimp .. omg... Buy your own stuff and make it home... Do better!!

This place is pretty good but damn they’re stingy with their tapatio/ketchup packets, just as bad as any fast food place. I ordered a tostada mixed or whatever they call it and they only serve it with 3 little ass tostadas and had to pay for more to finish my meal
