I and my family have been regular customers of this establishment for a long time and we consume continuously, especially in these summer times to cool off, but with the attitude of this person named Ana I will consider telling my family and friends not to go if the owner or Manager of this establishment does not settle this matter with this person. These businesses have to know that the people we are going to consume are going to BUY with our MONEY, we are not going to ask them for anything FREE or TRUSTEE, therefore the least they should do is pay attention to their employees so that customers do not leave us. the competition.

I went to the location on linonite by Walmart in Jurupa Valley the other day and fell in love with a new ice cream. So today I went to this location and got the same ice cream. I got home and it was completely crunchy from ice and tastes horrible. That was over $8 dollars down the drain. What a huge difference!! The other locations ice cream was so fresh. I will never go to this location again. The girls working were very nice so that’s why I gave 2 stars.

I ordered DoorDash for my uncle cause it’s his birthday and I live in LA county so I couldn’t take him a treat myself and I asked if they could write a note for him and they did they went above and beyond thank you so much staff at La Michoacána you guys are awesome!

I went and asked for a chocolate-covered lollipop with walnuts on it, He didn't cover it completely and he only put walnut on one side and he gave it to me for 5 dollars, that's ridiculous.
