I ordered on line for some Agua drinks to be delivered. An employee called after the order was placed to tell me they were out of one of my requested flavors. An alternative flavor was selected and my order was delivered. It was very flavorful. I'll be back to try the other flavors.

Horrible service! I was flat out ignored for more than 15 minutes so I walked out without purchasing!
This place is right around the corner from my house so I bring my family often, today it was just my youngest (2yr old) and myself to get a single scoop of ice cream to share. we walked in and a larger party was being served, several specialty items which take time I understand, but there were 2 employees working and right after I walked in 1 employee walked to the back, she was gone approximately 7 minutes while the other employee continued helping the family, the 2nd employee returned and talked to the 1st employee for a couple minutes then disappeared to the back again,when the 1st employee finished the item and gave it to the customer her husband walked up and told her they decided on 3 additional items so she continued to help them and the 2nd employee never returned. At the 15 minute mark my 2 year old was starting to have a melt down after seeing the ice cream and being told we were getting some but we had not been served, I waited a few more minutes and still neither employee so much as looked at us let alone thanked us for waiting.
We walked out without purchasing amd will not be back after this experience.
