My cousin and I came here for drinks, and MIKE, the bartender, was fantastic. Quick, efficient, and with a great attitude. The place has great drinks, pool tables, and good music.

Sad to say worst service after coming here for many years.
My friend and I came to have some fun and were very disappointed. Everyone around us received menus and their drinks brought to them. We asked if we could order and the waitress told us to order from the bar. Everyone around us had menus to order from and their drinks brought to them. I was hungry and would have ordered if we were offered. I’ve never had an issue getting food or ordering in the past. My friend asked at the bar and they told her it was due to a shift change. I think they were upset that she said something, which is unfortunate.
We ended up leaving due to the bad service.

My husband and l walked into place to grab a beer at the bar. We waited for 5 -10 minutes at the bar to be served. The bartender serviced the people walking up to the bar before us. I asked her why the others walking up to the bar get beets before we got seated? The bartender said because they were here before us. The thing is that we didn’t get serviced before the others walking up to the bar. I guess the more money paid to tbe bartender for drinks gets serviced first for service or drinks. Horrible service for alcoholic beverages!

Had an amazing experience at Lake Alice in Riverside! As someone with symptomatic celiac disease, I have to be extremely cautious when eating out—but here, I felt completely safe and had no symptoms at all.

From what I’d read in advance, the team is very familiar with celiac needs, and you can really tell. They offer a dedicated gluten-free menu, and even the burgers (with gluten-free buns!) and fries are safe, thanks to a dedicated gluten-free fryer.

There’s also a great variety of gluten-free options, including tacos and appetizers like bruschetta. I had a burger with fries, and both were super tasty. One small note: the server wasn’t sure about the mayo, so if you’re extra cautious, it might be best to bring your own.

Overall, this was an absolutely fantastic experience—delicious food, strong gluten-free awareness, and a place I’d confidently recommend to anyone eating gluten-free or managing celiac!

Came here for a company outing and one of the bartenders had an attitude that there were too many drinks at once. Terrible experience. Hopefully it was just an off night for him and hopefully no one else gets the same experience.

I liked the place until December, 2024. $100 for two in a party is unacceptable. Charging more than $10 for a locally brewed beer is unacceptable. Nev err again Lake Alice!

Hadn't been to Lake Alice in over 30 years and it was still the awesome place I remembered. They also had a great band playing. Beer prices were about average.

Wonderful beers on tap, cool selection of pinball game’s,,, great band’s, 2 chill pool tables….. all around good bar,,,, nice lil patio in front too
