Stopped by today and glad I did! These tacos were amazing very flavorful and a ton of choices. Food also was nice and hot and their green sauce is amazing. I will be back and have already recommended this place to others.

We finished our mountain bike ride at Sycamore Canyon and we had planned to try Portillo's, but as we headed to where we had parked we bumped into this food truck. I tried to do some research on it, but I couldn't find anything on it. I spoke to owner and it turns out they're a new business and only been around 3-4 months.
