Lefty's Cheesesteaks

Loved this place but looks like it’s about to close it’s doors????! Wanted to order yesterday 7/4 but called first due to holiday although website said it was open til 9p, there was no answer so didn’t chance it, went out today to get my sandwich and the owner was there and there was a “temporarily closed” sign taped to the door! The owner was there, the owner or from the liquor store next door asked if the employees had just left and he said “ I don’t know where the employees are “ I asked him if he would be opened tomorrow he said “ I don’t know, I’m sorry” sounds like the employees just walked off or didn’t show up! Looked like he had a locksmith there changing the locks! There was a lefty’s that was supposed to open on Magnolia Ave so I asked him about that one and he said that the person that was going to open that location left to Minn. and that one will not open after all. I’m bummed because I loved their sandwiches and now I’m back on the hunt for a great cheesesteak sandwich place in Riverside?

The place is clean and the kid was nice but the sandwich was a scorching gooey mess , maybe they have something good on the menu but what I had was like a frozen sandwich put in the microwave set on a billion volts , and no ice in the ice machine to cool down this radioactive mess! Sorry but lefty’s left me with a bad taste in my mouth

Absolutely disgusting! Way overpriced. Food was messy! And the chicken sandwich was COMPLETELY UNCOOKED! You couldn’t pay me to eat there again.. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED! Pictures look NOTHING like the food

The guys at work here were nice. FOOD was not so good. CHILI on the fries....HORRIBLE. Cheese steak was ok. Restaurant was clean ! Visited 4/22/2022, spend $20 and get 1 FREE LOTTERY TICKET FROM LIQUOR STORE NEXT DOOR

I would never recommend this place very slow. Customer service is very horrible refuse to refund your money back after food wasn't even edible. oh might I add they messed the order up also. I never been to a business that's been so rude.

Had a fantastic Philly cheesesteak. Jordan the GM made a great meal and was sweet enough to check in on my mother and I as we ate our lunch. Clean store and enjoyed my experience very much!

Great tasting cheesesteak, friendly staff, I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and I was immediately asked if I could be helped, the place was nice and clean with a good relaxed atmosphere. There were many variations of the cheesesteak I wanted to try because they looked delicious. It was a little pricey, but the portions were huge. I would definitely recommend to dine here, I will definitely be back my self soon!

Not impressed with the food. Service was friendly and fast. I'm a big cheese steak fan but this one wasn't anything special. The wings were not up to par either. I wanted to like the place but I'm not sure I'll be back anytime soon.

First time trying and the food was delicious but that's not the important part. The service was the best part, staff was friendly and welcoming and when we had an issue with our order it was corrected with no hesitation! I'll be coming back to try the other options on the menu as well.

The food is great but the price is to high. I want them to be successful but I will not spend $15 for a sandwich very often. If they can bring the price down some I think they will get more business. Good luck to them.

I have never eaten these and I was amazed by the delish food and kind service. Noman is so kind and awesome. The egg rolls were sick and wrong good. The regular Cheesesteak melts in your mouth. The bread is just thick enough and goes so well with the ribeye meat and cheese mixture. I cannot wait to come back again

I tried this place and was blown away with excellent food and service Alyssa was very nice and went over everything they sell i will definitely be back

After a long day at work I decided to pick up some dinner and what a pleasant surprise when I walk in the door a Big smile greeted me from Erica. I was really taken back with her upbeat attitude, it was taking a little longer and Erica even acknowledged such. Today we hardly get that kind of service anymore. By the way the food is great too. Had the brisket fries and the Grim Reaper. Again thank you Erica for your FABULOUS Service!
