I needed a photo cake for my father's celebration of life reception in Riverside. Unfortunately I live quite far away from the area so I tried to research a few places online. I almost opted to purchase from a grocery store but most did not accept photos online or via email and again, I don't live in the area to drop off a photo. I found Lindmair Bakery on Yelp and decided to take a chance. I emailed them about my request and Dennis was very responsive. I called him to follow up on my cake requests and he immediately knew which order I was. I was surprised that I didn't need to send over a deposit. I let him know a friend was going to pick up the cake that day and it wasn't a problem. The cake was beautiful and tasted delicious. I'm almost sad that this bakery isn't near me because I would have used them for future events, e.g. birthdays, retirements, going aways. If you ever need a cake in the Riverside area, this is the one!

My daughter told to.me try this bakery so I went and the gentleman helped me was very polite. I was told they bakery to orders so there were no cake for me to purchase but he had one extra cupcake , and gave it to.me. I really like their butter cream frosting, it is light and creamy like Whip Cream and not too sweet, just the way I like it and the cake was moist. Definitely will order from them in the future

They saved the day ! I had previously did a trial with another baker for my wedding cake and I just lost hope and was completely disappointed. I didn't think I could have a black cake that also tasted amazing, then my MIL called and told me about Lindmair....well they exceeded my original vision and just blew the water! My cake was PERFECT, it tasted amazing, looked amazing! We ordered a three tier cake. White cake on the top and bottom, middle tier was white cake and chocolate cake mixed. Every vanilla layer had strawberry mousse with fresh chopped strawberries, every chocolate layer had chocolate mousse. We gave him the idea of what we wanted the outside to look like-and he brought it to life, 100 out of ten would recommend

The guys made a half sheet Birthday Cake for my wife's 60th Birthday and it was just perfect! Asked for a beach scene on the cake that was done just right. Lemon cake with custard filling and a buttercream frosting, everyone loved it.

I really appreciate how they were able to make my custom order within 24 hours of placing it! They make their cream cheese filling from scratch and it tastes amazing! Definitely recommend this place!

The service was amazing! He was kind, patient and explained what a naked cake was. As for the filling we ordered a lemon cake with raspberry filling and it was delicious. So much flavor! My only complaint was that I had asked for a naked cake but when I came I pick it up it had little spots of frosting dotted around the cake. I am assuming it was because they would help stick fruit to it but it was an easy fix! We came home to remove them and add on our fruit. 10/10 would recommend this place! Thank you for creating a beautiful & tasty cake to share with our family.

Lindmair in Riverside is awesome!! Everything I sampled, tried & ate was delicious. Customer service was amazing. Thank you Brian for being so outgoing!The only complaint is that this bakery is in a little parking lot, so if you blink you might miss the driveway.
