Perris boulevard and JFK here in Moreno valley the pizza I ordered was better then some of the other times I picked up orders from here so thanks to whoever cooked it without over cooking it 👍👍 this location is always packed and could use a bigger lobby most definitely

Ordered a few hot and ready pizzas. Got home and they were not cooked all the way. So they were really doughy and kind of soggy. Maybe it was an off night idk. All I know is the pizzas had to be cooked for about 6 more minutes before they could be eaten. Not happy at all.

We found a hair in our pizza and when I called they said they couldn't hear us despite using three different phones.
This place used to have good pizza back in the day and know pizza is not so great when you pick up a slice of pizza it flops over it taste doughy gonna look for a better pizza joint

I guess I should have looked at this location's reviews first. Long story short, I was charged for a customized pizza that wasn't customized. The "manager" that I spoke with over the phone seemed condescending towards my concern. The employees here CLEARLY need better training in customer service. I've reached out to corporate. We'll see if I get a response.

Normally, I don't write too many reviews but when I saw that they had the old world fanceroni pizza on the menu again, I just had to indulge myself. I got to the store and there was no one running the counter. No one came to the front to help until there was about 4-5 customers waiting. The pizzas were ready when I got there so that is a step up from other recent visits where the wait time is a lot longer than what the app suggests. When I got home, I was bummed to find a pizza with half as many pepperoni on it than I've previously had on the same pizza and also differing substantially from the advertised product. I called the store and asked about it and the manager said I could bring it back and they could remake it but I wanted to see if it was going to be the same or different and I was told they just do 1 scoop on pepperoni on the pizza and that is why I would guess the picture and product don't match up. This store is slowly going downhill on service and food quality. Hopefully they can make some changes to the store soon because it's the closest little Ceasars to me and I've always been a fan.
