Very slow service i only order 2 pepperonis and i wait like 15 minutes

Everytime I order online, my order is never ready. Its always 10 to 15 minutes longer than the 30 min it says. Last night there was like 5 families with the same issue, waiting up to 50 min for a pizza? Also, App never updates status or give correctwait time. A couple weeks ago, it said in oven for over 30 min and when I finally went inside, it was ready and had been sitting. And Why do they not have packets of peppers anymore? We have to buy an entire bottle? Little Caesars is supposed to be fast and convenient, but not the case. Not even sure if they still have Hot and Ready pizzas, you cannot walk in and just grab one anymore.

Little Caesars now a days isn't not what use to be ive placed an order in person and on mobile and its the same thing they take forever no matter what way you place your oder and the pizza comes out good at times and sometimes its burned i get it happens but they should get rid of the slogan hot and ready cause they haven't provide that for a very long time

Understaffed, after placing my mobile order I waited to head over until the suggested time. Half of my order was ready, had to wait an extra 30 minutes for my wings so of course my pizza and breadsticks were hard and cold.

Worst experience I waited over 45 minutes past my pick up time just to realize I was given the wrong order once I got home. Managers name is ashley n definitely don't recommend anyone to this location at the corner of limonite and collins

So check it out. I’ve been hitting a bunch of different pizza places trying to find the best ones. I haven’t been to little Caesar’s in a while. I ordered through the app for pick up and it was ready when I got there.
I’m giving 5 stars in relation to value for dollars. Little Caesars is decent not amazing but I walked out with a cheese, a deep dish supreme and a three meat pizza for like $32 bucks.
Good pizza great price.
Parking: This place is a bummer to get in and out of be patient and it’ll all work out
Worse little Caesars I have ever been to. The girl at the register has the worse attitude I have ever seen in a person working with the public. I walked in and behind two more people she knew I was there to pick up my order but she decided to ignored when I asked her for my....she half turned and with a smirk on her face nodded Disrespectful no consideration at all. Saturday Sept 28 8:30 pm. No wonder it has 3 stars. Every time I come and she is here she does the same disrespectful thing. I paid for a service and I expect to be treated like any other person. I don't look like everyone else but does not an excuse. She needs to find another job I learn some manners. Worse place to do business... Zero stars...plus I ordered a pineapple and jam with cheese around it I guess is called crest and what did I get? An uncooked pizza with out the cheese. Not only I didn't get what I paid for but they steal my money. What the hell is wrong with these people? Lost a customer keep my money you guys need it more than I... Thieves

Tried calling..... was on hold the whole time up until I got there and I asked Shandi who picks up the phones. Sadly she looked lost and had an attitude with her remarks. I showed her hey well it would have been nice someone to do so cause I would have been picking up my food now. Ordered my food still having to wait another 20 mins but knowing them it will be 30 to 40 and this is at 930 at night. Nicole if your reading this have stronger working employees at night that actually try and help the customer.
