Didn’t like that a Hispanic gentle ordered 3 pizzas paid for it . Then came back in and added extra jalapeños. He wasn’t charged. I waited until my pizza was done and asked for a side of banana peppers and the same cashier wanted to charge me $1.30. I told her you just gave this gentleman extra jalapeños free why am I being charged. She look at me for a few seconds to figure out an answer. Then said he had an another item on his pizza. I said then why don’t I when we ordered the same pizzas. I then said think about what you just said and how it doesn’t add up. Good night I didn’t want the banana peppers I just wanted to see if I was going to get charged.

I do not recommend this location because of how impolite the workers are! I called and the lady that answered showed absolutely no enthusiasm and when I asked to order, she said they don’t take phone orders even though I ordered over the phone last weekend!! After she told me that she just hung up. I don’t mean any hate but I do sure hope this lady gets fired. I would’ve asked for her name but guess what, SHE HUNG UP NOT EVEN 20 SECONDS INTO THE CALL! Other than that their food is spontaneous, but again don’t recommend this location. Won’t be going there again. 1 star.

It took 25+minutes for 1 classic pepperoni pizza. Workers were playing, laughing! I asked for a refund immediately! Unbelievable! Who’s running this pizza business??!! Not even pizza hut takes this long and their prices are cheaper!

Not only do they charge more than other locations, they can’t get an order right either. How did we order half the pizza with only cheese and no sauce snd they decide to turn that half into garlic bread strips??? If I wanted garlic bread, I would’ve ordered garlic bread. Make sure you look at your pizza before driving all the way home. The California ave location charges a couple bucks less per item and makes it correctly.

On 01/06/25, I visited your location at 4553 La Sierra Ave, Riverside, CA 92505 and placed a simple order for breadsticks. Despite only one order ahead of me, I waited 25 minutes. When I politely raised my concern, the staff member refused to provide her name, wasn’t wearing a name tag, and responded with a dismissive attitude and a grin, claiming, 'Oh, it’s always busy.' This behavior felt unprofessional and disrespectful. As a customer, I expect timely service and courteous interactions. I hope this feedback encourages better training and accountability for their workers, even if it's just a little Ceasars.
