I do not recommend this location because of how impolite the workers are! I called and the lady that answered showed absolutely no enthusiasm and when I asked to order, she said they don’t take phone orders even though I ordered over the phone last weekend!! After she told me that she just hung up. I don’t mean any hate but I do sure hope this lady gets fired. I would’ve asked for her name but guess what, SHE HUNG UP NOT EVEN 20 SECONDS INTO THE CALL! Other than that their food is spontaneous, but again don’t recommend this location. Won’t be going there again. 1 star.

It took 25+minutes for 1 classic pepperoni pizza. Workers were playing, laughing! I asked for a refund immediately! Unbelievable! Who’s running this pizza business??!! Not even pizza hut takes this long and their prices are cheaper!

Not only do they charge more than other locations, they can’t get an order right either. How did we order half the pizza with only cheese and no sauce snd they decide to turn that half into garlic bread strips??? If I wanted garlic bread, I would’ve ordered garlic bread. Make sure you look at your pizza before driving all the way home. The California ave location charges a couple bucks less per item and makes it correctly.

On 01/06/25, I visited your location at 4553 La Sierra Ave, Riverside, CA 92505 and placed a simple order for breadsticks. Despite only one order ahead of me, I waited 25 minutes. When I politely raised my concern, the staff member refused to provide her name, wasn’t wearing a name tag, and responded with a dismissive attitude and a grin, claiming, 'Oh, it’s always busy.' This behavior felt unprofessional and disrespectful. As a customer, I expect timely service and courteous interactions. I hope this feedback encourages better training and accountability for their workers, even if it's just a little Ceasars.

Wish I can give it 0 stars. Everytime I come here, they never have anything ready. Doesn’t matter what time it is. They always ask me “it’s gonna take 20 minutes or more, do you still want to buy?” Theyve told me that countless of times. The pizza here on La sierra is also ridiculous high. It’s 10.99 for a regular hot and ready. The little Caesar’s by house is only 6.99 for a regular hot and ready.

I honestly go for their Crazy Bread. As I was in line, the Hula Hawaiian pizza caught my eye. So why not. The place was busy! The cashier was very nice. The cooks in the back were moving. I had to wait for my food but did not mind getting hot, fresh food. We were surprised that the pizza tasted so good. We will definitely be back. And I will call it in next time for pick up ?.
