Little Caesars Pizza

Placed an order at 6:29pm, app said ready by 6:49 - 6:56pm. It’s now 7:18pm and no pizza. By the time the smug manager walked out, I asked for a refund. At this point I don’t want the pizza. I rarely complain but this wasn’t just bad service but unapologetically BAD service. The front counter person did his best but management has a responsibility to assist their people when it’s crazy busy. A sincere apology goes a long way. A smug face is not the solution. Extremely disappointed with how the manager handled the situation. Sunday night 2/16.

WHAT WHY! Where is my EXTRA MOST BESTEST! I am leaving this negative review in protest. Other than that this is I great location. Their staff is great the service is always good they just no longer have E.M.B.

I used to love Little Caesars pizza. Fast decent pizza. Great for a quick meal. I went in to order and my bill came to just under $30. I only had cash on me. I had a $50. The cashier looked at me like I was crazy and took the money and looked at it with a confused face. Then he said we can’t take this because we would have to give you more than $20 in change. Less than $21 mind you. I asked for the manager. He came out and said he couldn’t take the cash because he couldn’t give me change more than $20. So I said to add a dipping sauce which would have been just under $31 so my change would be less than $20. To which they said they couldn’t do it because they can’t accept bills larger than $20. The literally would not serve me. This is a sad world when you can’t buy a pizza with cash. ZERO STARS for the attitude. I went to another pizza place, spent twice the money, paid cash with two $50s, and had really good pizza. Way better than Little Caesars. You just lost a customer of 40 years.

We placed and online order. It took longer than the app said it would. They made us the best pizzas and I would like to give a shout out to Fernando. He was very appreciative of the business and the fact we had to wait. He was able to compensate for the wait and keep us as long life customers. Great job

50 minutes for two pizzas? too long

Food is great, bad customer service even the managers are rude. I guess if you are in a rush you can always go and give it try. We have order online before and still waited 20min for it to be ready. Haha I guess when the app says ready to pickup is for us to drive there no to be there ?

Ordered through the app, pick up time was between 6:11-6:18. I went inside to pick up the order at 6:28 and my order was no where to be found. So one of the employees checks in the back and tells me they are just finishing up and 10 minutes later I finally got my order. The pizza itself wasn't bad, just the service and waiting almost an extra 30 minutes after said pickup time was frustrating.
