It’s hard to get access to and the drinks are not that great

Just left this place been coming here almost everyday order the same drink smh get to the front and she says they don’t do that here smh but it’s on the menu matchavacdo smh minus matcha is what I order smh how hard is that? It’s Tuesday 8pm this girl needs to study the menus smh she has one job smh

Very sugary and diluted bubble tea. Although the boba was chewy and good.

Not really friendly staff. I got the matcha with strawberry and tasted like water down strawberry flavor. I asked if she can remake it and the staff member said she can do it without a problem and when she did it still taste the same:(

Nice little tea shop. I'm a big fan of their coconut drinks. I do recommend 75 percent sugar at least on coffee drinks because they are stronger dark coffees.

The barista was really nice and the golden matcha was good. I'll be back to try the other drinks. This is located inside the Riverside Food Lab.

Lady was totally not interested in making a sale. I asked if she was open and I didn't hear a response, nor did she turn around. She just kept stirring the boba. I asked again, thinking she didn't hear me and she said that she already said yes.

I wanted to get a Vietnamese coffee and asked what the difference between the classic and the deathwish classic and she said they were just different beans. I asked her if the house blend was a dark or medium roast and she said she didn't know in such a way I realized she really didn't care.

I like trying different places and finding new favorites, but I decided I didn't want to risk this place.

Love getting a drink here every time I'm in the area! Cashiers are friendly and they don't overcharge for oat milk. Sometimes not the most consistent looking drinks but there's so much variety I understand! 🥰 10/10 if youre not a fan of super sweet drinks and if you are they can make that work too. I recommend the banana foster as its my personal favorite here. :)

Had the best Mango Matcha Latte I’ve ever had??? I had a quarter sweetness and it was just right??

Customer service was pretty bad right from the start. The girl acted like she didn’t care when I asked her for the nutritional breakdown. She said we are just a vendor and didn’t even throw a recommendation to get the information. There is also no nutritional breakdown for the ingredients for the cookies and brownies. They look amazing, but some of us really need to know these things for our health.

The staff is always so rude. Every time I go there’s a young girl there who will ignore you. Bitterly stood there for 5 minutes she didn’t say anything to me. And when I asked questions she was very rude.. but maybe 4 minutes after I ordered a very attractive young man came and she took his order right away … yeah I think I’m done dealing with the staff here

I ordered an ice thai tea w/ boba because that’s all they had or milk tea. It was so bad it only tasted like milk and it wasn’t sweet. She also forgot to add the boba as if they were rushing to make the drink I am so disappointed.
