It’s exactly 4:15 on a Saturday at march 17, and they charged me for a torta de jamón and I asked for no meat and to just put beans and cheese inside along with the veggies. I came back to ask for beans and cheese on the side because they didn’t put them in the torta, even though I had specifically asked for beans and cheese inside. They didn’t even give me the cheese just the beans and they still charged extra for a tiny container.

Worst food ever the burrito was cold , the meat on the tacos was nasty no taste and meat look like it didn’t even have color like if it wasent cooked, the lady taking my order was rude , over all my experience here was horrible n the place was messy with dead insects on the window

I come here all the time. It’s 50/50 sometimes it’s real good other times I feel I never want to go back. This is one of them times. I usually order carne asada and it’s usually grilled right with plenty of flavor. Half the time I go here it’s like they take the meat and rinse it in water! No flavor and the meat looks grey! Last night I spent $80 bucks there I’m not gonna keep gambling with this shop. If anyone has better suggestions let me know. Thanks

This is why I will not go back to this location on Van Buren in Riverside. The girl who took my order
Was annoyed because I asked her a specific question pertaining to my order. Once I got to the drive-through window. She charged me for my food, which was fine until I looked at my receipt. When you pay cash, they charge you the price of the food with tax as they should. When you pay with a card, they charge you the price of the food, tax, and an up fee for using a card. When I looked at my receipt, I noticed that I was being charged other fees than the price of my food and tax, so I questioned the girl. She then became annoyed because I asked her. Why would she charge me extra charges? When I paid cash, she took my receipt back and gave me the difference without an explanation. However, she did not give me my food. I waved my hands and honked my horn
to get her attention. She had not given me my food. She finally came back to the window. Then, I explained why I was honking my horn, and she proceeded to tell me I was holding up her line. I
advise, you did not give me my food. She said I'd dropped your food and had to have them make another. However, she didn't come back to tell me that's what happened until I confronted her.
With her nasty disposition and customer service, this place has lost a customer. Now, it may not matter to you. But I choose to spend my money where I'm valued for giving you my business. I think that horrible purple dye on her damn eyebrows may have confused her mind. Beware and check your receipts.
