I’ve eaten here several times, and each time the food is the best I’ve ever had. Genuinely a hidden gem of Riverside; I wish more people would come and support this place. There is obviously care and love put into the food made here, as well as the delightful customer service and genuine service quality. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for delicious Mexican food.
Card only….charged me for the salsa bar and added pico when I asked for none. This place has gone down hill. I hate to say it. I’m assuming the cook left or got fired because I haven’t seen him since I moved back to the Rivs.

They ran out of Rice. okay, that's fine stuff happens. Then I just wanted a bean and cheese burrito with meat added to it instead of the conga burrito, The lady in the back said they can not do that because it changes the order. I used to go here once a week, sometimes two times a week. Never again. Chic at the counter is cool lady in back is not when I had already paid them the $26 for 2 conga burritos and didn't care for any change in the money I paid

tacos have been mid lately. Also there was a card transaction fee on a 15 dollar order, not cool.

Best authentic super nachos in town. Service fast and friendly.Vegetarian options: Most dishes can be made into vegetarian by omitting the meat and adding more cheese and substituting with rice or beans or both and adding more salsa or lettuce.

Visited for the first time 1/27/24. We had fish tacos, carnitas nachos, chiles rellenos and asada burrito. I highly recommend all the dishes except the chile relleno(not good at all)! The salsas and guac are delicious the best are the beans. ?Kid-friendliness: They have a good selection of kid meals. No drink included though.

Horchata and salsa were good but the burrito was the coldest most unenjoyable burrito I ever
EXPENSIVE. 2 Breakfast Burritos for $32. Add sourcream for 2 burritos $7.50. Food is alright. Not $32 worth.

The workers are great. Food is awesome! Been coming here for years. It’s worth a visit. However, they’ve recently jacked their prices. I realize food is getting more expensive in general, but anything remotely extra here is $4. A simple burrito with one extra was nearly $18, so we opted out. Two burritos (one of them was a simple Bean&Cheese) and it was $24. Ridiculous.

My family has been coming here for year and we have lived all over the IE but will always drive down University in Riverside to get our taco fix. The beans are the best compared to any taco shop. And folks always be getting the carne asada fries. We even have catered from them for a family service we held. Helped us so much instead of making the sides ourselves and the price was unbeatable! Staff is always friendly and it's always clean and cool inside. Obsessed with the authentic tables made of iron & wood with the mexico style tiles. Love it here so much

I came here by coincidence passing by off of University in Riverside. Start it off good with fresh homemade sauces which were tasty, but food was where experience went sour. The carne asada and al pastor were dry and flavorless it wasn't like the traditional on the grill Mexican amazing meats that I'm used to. More reminded me of a cafeteria style Mexican than authentic
