I decided to try this place for the first time after I was coming home from work. I would say the atmosphere was nice. Something I didn’t like is that they charge you $.25 extra sauce which I’ve never experienced that. The food tasted pretty good, But when I was about finished, I found a piece of hair in my food and I couldn’t tell if it was hair or seaweed salad so that was a bit of a turn off from eating. Right after I finished I started to feel not so good And ended up getting horribly sick for the rest of the night.

Ordered my daughter a poke bowl and for some reason they cooked my protein. I never asked for cooked. Too far and tired to go back. She's ordered there before and she never had specify to not cook.

i first went to this place last year. the food was good but i had a disturbing experience when i went up to ask for more sauce—i saw roaches crawling around near the food which made me feel sick. i left that day thinking i wouldn’t come back. other than that the staff was pretty friendly.
now a few days ago. even though i didn’t plan on returning, my coworker who raved about the food convinced me to try it again on our lunch break as my initial experience was a long time ago. i wasn’t really hungry or convinced but i went along anyway. now even he’s stopped going there. this time we saw multiple flies landing on the food and i overheard the workers talking about a rat problem in the place. we left shortly after. they didn’t even noticed because they were in the back. it’s clear cleanliness is lacking. i hope they learn from this.

Food made me sick. The music was so loud I couldn’t even order my food. They did not greet me when I came they were talking to eachother and then when they were done they asked what do I want. The guy dropped my food on the floor when he was making it and got upset at me for it and walked away. Terrible customer service!
The cute drawings they have on the walls are absolutely amazing who ever did them needs a raise asap

It's the best place in the world. Personally I am not a fan of raw proteins but here they cook the proteins if you ask and it is delicious and I have tried ahi poki and it always cooks some proteins but it isn't the same. We come back weekly for.my wife and sometimes biweekly if we can't make it but this spot is our weekly fix.
