I've eaten at a Marie calendar's in LA years ago, over 15 years. This year I received my birthday coupon. I usually go to steak houses to celebrate all week long lol. But this year i decided to use most of my freebies that places give. We thought it was going to be packed on a Saturday night. But it was pretty empty. We sat there for about 10-15 min with no one coming to our table to ask for our drinks. I told my husband I'm about to leave this is horrible it's almost empty in here. He said let's give them a chance. So by the time our waitress got there we had our full order ready with drinks and appetizers. So once everything started coming out everything was good and fresh. I ordered a steak and shrimp and hubby had chicken and broccoli. I asked my husband if it was better than Olive Garden. OMG HE SAID YES. ... WAIT WHAT!!!!! HE LOVESSSSSS Olive Garden. Sooo that was a major plus. My meal was very tasteful. They only lost a star for the wait and the cornbread tasted like vanilla cake. We've picked up cornbread in the past cuz the hubby loves it. But for some reason that day it tasted like a vanilla cake that I make it was good, just not cornbread. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoy Marie Callender's and have for many years. They have fewer locations now but the food is still as good as ever. Outstanding cornbread and friendly service.

My potpie and cornbread was absolutely delicious . Quick friendly service. The air was very cold for my friend but the food was so good we still enjoyed our visit and recommend this place.

Hostess was incompetent and was unable to process a refund and communicate to us that would take 5 business days to complete! We waited 10 minutes while he ignored us!! until we got manager involvement and he told us it would take 5 business days. This place has our business forever.

This place is horrible sold us 2 strawberry pies that they didn't have in stock. We paid and drove 15 miles to pick them up only to find out they didn't have them. Then they didn't know how to do a refund! We had wait another 15 minutes for them to figure it out. Poor service!!

The one in corona was better. They had a bar with margaritas. This one is small, the food was underwhelming for what I've had at other calendars. The host was creepy and made us uncomfortable. Our waitress was really rude and in a hurry.

My Son and I ate here. I decided to try out they're Beef Stroganoff Dinner, And My Son had the Mini Chicken Pot Pie Dinner. Neither Dish was worth anything. My Beef Stroganoff turned out being Noodles and Steak in Brown Gravy, with a teaspoon of mushrooms. My Son's Mini Chicken Pot Pie was Super Dry, Barely Any Chicken Gravy, with Overcooked Dried Out Chicken. We were very unhappy about our visit. I do not recommend this Marie Calendars.

For anyone who remembers the old Marie calendars and plans to go again, this is a warning: it has totally changed! The inside used to be charming and old-fashioned and cozy and homey. The beautiful interior and warm welcome was part of what attracted me to the place since 1970. The food was also dependably delicious. Everything was made properly and tasted absolutely fresh. Now it looks just like any other gray, depressing streamlined, modernistic, ugly stainless steel, black and brown and gray and slick hard surfaced restaurant. The food is just so so. Oh well. I had plenty of good memories there and I guess they'll just stay there as memories.
