Im really disappointed. I spent $30 for two people. They gave me medium cups and said those are larges. Ain't no way. I feel robbed. My fries are in a large fry box. But I have half empty fry box. This is rude of McDonald's. My nuggets are dry and taste old. This is so rude.

Sat forever in the drive-thru while three people in the other lane got their orders taken. Had to back out of the drive-thru because there’s no extra lane to drive past. The inside was locked as well, so we couldn’t even go in to order.
EDIT: Came back with a mobile order and got through fast, but they gave me a single burger instead of a double, even though everything said double.

I got the 2 for $6.00 sausage egg McMuffin. The food was McDonald's quality. The drive thru staff was very friendly and helpful 😀.
I still have an issue paying almost $3.50 for a single hash brown 😠
The staff at the drive thru this morning seemed to be in a very good mood and they all seemed to be enjoying being at work 😀
As I had just stopped at Starbucks, I didn't get anything to drink. But everyone knows that Coke from McDonald's is the best Coke you can get 😀
Not sure if I will be back only because I stopped by as I was traveling and it's not in my local area. The staff had more energy and fun than the McDonald's close to my house.

Everything is now electronic ordering. Which is fine and all if I could change sizes of drinks on breakfast orders. now it's a two step process to order and get a large soft drink for a breakfast combo. One of the workers explained it that she can change it at the register, but you have to send the order to pay at the register... Just let me order at the register if that's the case! Going electronic when you don't have all the options is just cou ter productive and a way for McDonald's to not pay a specific employee to take order, all while up shrinkflation and inflation makes them record profits. It's egregious!

Not only did they forgot my sandwich and give me the wrong drink but the whole time 3 to 4 girls are just standing there doing NOTHING and talking loudly about jumping people and granny panties that's VERY INAPPROPRIATE. They were cussing very loudly and singing a song called big back? They are on their phones playing games and taking phone calls. McDonalds has made everything on a kiosk to make it easier but still get the order wrong? Do not come here unless u wanna hear about granny panties

By far one of the worst McDonald’s in Riverside I have ever been to absolutely ridiculous prices. I would never recommend anyone ever coming here. The lady at the speaker was extremely rude and I recommend everyone to go to the one at university they have way better prices and this one has just outrageous prices. It’s just horrible.
