Bathrooms were filthy, hate to see what's behind the counter

The play area is disgusting. Management should have employees cleaning throughout the day. Kids play and eat here, their health while at your restaurant should be a priority. The outside is also nasty since many homeless people roam close to the entrance. MANAGER: Do you care?

Delivered through the app, but when I got there waited about 15 minutes. Got tired pf waiting and had to go inside asking for it. Order not ready. Staff was helpful but should prioritize online or else no benefit to it.

Shame on the worker that was responsible for the death of Peter, I hope whoever called will forever be tormented and have nightmares in their sleep because of THEM that man is dead, there was no need to call the authorities if there was no aggression. Escalated the situation too far when there was no need. Do better.

Slow as hell every day for no Reason whether I order on the app for the drive-through or pick up there’s one person in the drive-through or five whether it’s a holiday or not. Crazy as hell

They have machines that you have to use in order to place an order, I had no print out, I also noticed people waiting, as the drive-through was just going.
They don't supply a restroom code anymore, so if you have to go, you need them to open the door for you, I believe they are understaffed.

Hella crazy I'm there, no order and they will leave you waiting forever!!! Plus the staff is rude, especially when you get a bit snappy cause you've been waiting an hour and a half for a cheeseburger

Got the Monday daily special and very disappointed. The Big Mac was stone cold. YUK!
