They have machines that you have to use in order to place an order, I had no print out, I also noticed people waiting, as the drive-through was just going. They don't supply a restroom code anymore, so if you have to go, you need them to open the door for you, I believe they are understaffed.

Hella crazy I'm there, no order and they will leave you waiting forever!!! Plus the staff is rude, especially when you get a bit snappy cause you've been waiting an hour and a half for a cheeseburger

I don't understand why is it so damn hard to get an order right. It really deviates from the whole damn reason you order food for delivery!! When only half of the order is delivered, nobody eats!!!! And the person who placed the order gets to spend an hour trying to fix the mess... This is legit 10 out of 10 orders screwed up.
Drive through sucks with all the traffic and the design of the two lanes. Constant honking from cars all the time.

I would give them a 5 star review but they had no salt and pepper for my big breakfast. Actually had to wait like 7 minutes. It was well worth the wait. Everything was hot and delicious.

Bad customer service, I believe she is the manager I’m ordering at same time I ask for restroom for my kid and she says I have to complete my order in order to use the restroom, I’m not homeless to be treat it with bad actitud, even homeles my self I treat them like human s with lots of respect , I know it’s lots of transits in here but , she is serving people touching money without wasting her hands
