Waited 15 minutes for a happy meal. All employees on duty were talking at the counter (one sitting in the counter) about partying with a customer but managed to help a customer who with a new order and gave them theirs first. It wasn't until I walked up and said something that they acknowledged that our order had been missed. We then had to wait again for them to figure it out and give us our meal.

the little short employee Jose allows a positive environment to be adapted when he gives such an excellent customer service and if anyone says they didn’t hear their order being called out they’re lying because he makes sure everyone hears their number be called out

Got my child a happy meal and they didn't even put in the toy. Attention to detail is so important. It's literally the only reason we got her the happy meal, because she's excited to eat her meal for the toy. Very Disappointed.

This is what they gave me instead of the chicken nuggets on my daughter's kids meal I went back and they started laughing and didn't even say sorry ! Worst part was that it was the manager laughing and just said just give them another chicken nuggets and walked away we ordered at 9:22 and didn't get our kids food until 9:45 and they still managed to mess up the order we asked the worker for the managers name and refused to give us her name manager didn't come back out to the front after she laughed and walked away ! Worst experience ever to the manager if you see this please do change your ways treat other the way you would want to be treated!
