This is by far one of the dirtiest Mc Donald’s I’ve been to. I don’t come to this location often but the times I do it’s so dirty! The staff ignores you at the counter, there’s trash all over and never no toilet seat covers and the walls in woman’s restroom has what looks like dried up feces that had dripped down and dried. The one positive thing I will say is that our food was fresh and the young man who brought the food to our table was polite.

Waited almost a half hour for a big mac and fries. Workers messed up my sister's order after charging for modifications on her sandwich and then not making any of those modifications. Terrible McDonald's, and McDonald's doesn't exactly have a high bar for service to begin with.

The meat tastes like detergent, the mcflury was melted like have additional substance, I order on the screen never have communication just got my order with no American cheese and the meat came with the paper that divide the meat paty . Burger taste bad because mess handling the grill with detergent water when is on duty.
Like I ride before never have eye contact with employees just received the order at the table.

I'm done with this place they never have their mocha machine working and whats worse is that you still have to wait in line at drive thru....stay away from this place....mocha today to always messing up my order...I gave it one more chance and this happens

Date: July 1 2025 Time: 7:35 Restaurant: 12252 MDs Corporate, check this out… It took the staff to finish my order roughly 25 minutes. Is this acceptable for a regular hamburger, fries, and a coke? Plus, I walked to the front counter to fetch my order and not that busy. Next time I’ll be going to the Chick-fil-a next door.

Great food every thing is cooked excellently always enjoy the food
came in the drive-through with my son and husband ordered $48 worth of food for them to just forget an entire meal. It’s already late. My child and husband were hungry so I’m gonna let this slide especially since it was my meal that was missing feature references please make sure your employees double check receipts before handing them through the window would have checked it in the drive-through, but I did not want to hold up the line that they were accumulating

This place is filthy. No soap in bathrooms. All tables were dirty. I told Manager. Did not get his name. Lots of tats and piercings. Hard to miss. He had no clue, he should be out cleaning tables. Please calif do better. You need to watch these places. McDonalds get in there.

Possibly some of the slowest service I've ever gotten for fast food. One drive thru is almost always closed and I average about twenty minutes stuck in the drive thru every visit because they only have one person working the window

Service was horrible I went through the drive through around 5:17 ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget when I received them they were cold along with my tote of 13 cookies and only received 12 like doesn’t it say 13 not 12 and when received them along with my food it was super cold the guy at the cashier looks like he is poorly trained didn’t even give me the right amount of change back didn’t notice until I left and the girl who gave me my food gave me attitude when asked for some sauce for my food I didn’t know I was supposed to eat my chicken nuggets by them self with no sauce anyway don’t recommend going there if you want food to be served cold and people to give you attitude I would give this experience a 0/10 horrible horrible don’t waste your time or money I would’ve simply went across to chick fill A they would never do me like McDonald’s did. 🤢🤮🤮
