Slowest service other than in - n - out. Waited in the drive thru 20min. Got to the window and server tried to give me the wrong order. Waited extra time on the car in front of me for them to be handed a water and soda. Unbelievable. Not fast food!

I went through the drive-thru to pick up some food after a long work shift, ordered my food and requested a deluxe quarter pounder to have bacon added. After about 10 minutes I got my order, everything seemed good and was on my way. I got home and realized there was no bacon on my deluxe quarter pounder. I try to call the phone number from Google maps, but it doesn't work. I also wasn't given a receipt so all I have is the box saying to add bacon and a photo of the sandwich missing said item.
