Mcdonald doesn't have fountain drinks upfront so every time I want a refill I have to wait in a 10 plus ahead of me in line , do better McDonald's , alot of McDonald' workers record of marijuana took almost 45 min to order . And then not to mention the mean or depressed look these workers have on their face , save yourself trouble go to the habitat or in n out where quality and customer service are too notch

We arrived with 1 car ahead of us. Paid and was told we are just waiting on 2 cheeseburgers and you'll be on your way. Then waited 15+ min at the first window. We asked the worker if our food would still be hot by the time it got to us. She smiled and said yes; then directed us to the 2nd window where we again waited 10+ minutes. We got part of our order and no surprise it was already cold. Waited yet again and then came hot fries and no customer service whatsoever. Not to mention the 6 cars whom were behind us who got their food quick fast and in a hurry. We only had 4 burgers 2 fries chicken nuggs and 2 sodas. When the worker brought us the food and we shared our experience surprise surprise mr. I get paid $$20 bucks an hour had nothing to say or a way to resolve the issue. Useless. Just smirked in our faces and said God Bless. Are we asking to much to have hot food that we paid for?
Absolutely terrible store. “Fast food more like slow food”. Drive thru is horrendous. How do they tend to rush you out the window. Don’t teach someone how to run the drive thru who is new.
