the WORST they’re extremely slow the drive thru line is ALWAYS down the street and every single time i have gone i’ve had to park and wait for my food. 90 percent of the time my order is wrong asking for freakin sauce makes u feel like too much of a burden

Food was stale and cold. Ordered fries and nuggets. I knew right away they were warmed up and had been served earlier in the day. I would not mine the long wait, about 20min, if our food was fresh but talk about adding insult to injury. Please avoid at all cost. Spend your money elsewhere.

Half the time you go through the drive-thru here, they make you pull out and wait. Homeless people tend to hang out in the lot, too. I was once told to pull forward to a parking spot that was occupied by a nude homeless woman. I had a 7 year old in the car.

COFFEE works wonders you mite be amazed! When taking orders if u sound tired and have to repeat over n over its annoying to customers.. second window was playing guessing game on which order was mine.. then third window brought food to us but wasn't mine.. 🤔 I wonder these days if you there's any hope for some cuz I know there's these ones with blank faces and stares out to space that are just taking over the world... maybe sum more training n coffee will make things run smoother... also it just be the intercom is bad n needs fixed..
Also this location was Riverside not Beverly Hills prices are outrageous these days....
If you are in a hurry, skip this McDonald’s. If you want a very nice helpful lady, come inside and be prepared to stare at empty registers for 5 minutes and wait for your food for 15 minutes.
Also, the price here is higher than average. For example, medium fries are $5.99 while a large water with lemon is $2.99.
