Half the time you go through the drive-thru here, they make you pull out and wait. Homeless people tend to hang out in the lot, too. I was once told to pull forward to a parking spot that was occupied by a nude homeless woman. I had a 7 year old in the car.

The worst service ever I'm order online and I missed 2 burgers and Daniel the manager ask me to bring the all food back acording for them to give me my burgers omg please don't come here is the worst mcdonalds 😢

COFFEE works wonders you mite be amazed! When taking orders if u sound tired and have to repeat over n over its annoying to customers.. second window was playing guessing game on which order was mine.. then third window brought food to us but wasn't mine.. 🤔 I wonder these days if you there's any hope for some cuz I know there's these ones with blank faces and stares out to space that are just taking over the world... maybe sum more training n coffee will make things run smoother... also it just be the intercom is bad n needs fixed..
Also this location was Riverside not Beverly Hills prices are outrageous these days....

If you are in a hurry, skip this McDonald’s. If you want a very nice helpful lady, come inside and be prepared to stare at empty registers for 5 minutes and wait for your food for 15 minutes.
Also, the price here is higher than average. For example, medium fries are $5.99 while a large water with lemon is $2.99.

Solely went to get kid happy meal, they turn and tell at window out of the buckets, but still give NO toy?! With how much these things cost with no toy I'll take my services elsewhere for cheaper, as in no world is it "okay" just because yall were out of 1 toy type, and to no give refund on top, mad af.

It’s frustrating when I come to McDonald's and have to wait more than 10 minutes, only to discover that my order isn't ready yet. That's why I prefer to order on the app instead of using the drive-thru—it saves so much time!

Staff was nice and quick to help. I've been to McDonald's where you can stand at the counter for 10 minutes before getting help but the staff here was there for us immediately. The kiosk didn't allow me to add tomatoes to a McChicken which most locations do allow so that was disappointing. This location accepts EBT which I think is good and the outside patio was way nicer than I would expect from a McDonald's, planters and awnings. There's no soda machine so you have to ask for a refill which at most locations mean no refills but the staff here was so quick it wasn't an issue at all. The staff brought the food to our table for us promptly and was very polite to me and my kids.
