I went to this location for the first time and had a terrible experience. Both of the burgers I ordered had hair in them. Absolutely unacceptable and I won’t be coming back. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this McDonald’s.

Very unwelcoming and not very inviting and nightmare care! Needs customer service training terribly. CRAZY IF THIS IS HOW THE EMPLOYEES ARE REWARDED WHEN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OVERALL THE DRIVEN FORCE TO THRIVE IN THE B ISINESS MARKET OF THE MCDONALD'S BRAND. Highly not recommended for anyone who knows what the Mcdonald experience should and shouldn't represent. That GM needs to be popping up at night and pulling through the drive thru doing surprise visits and being unpredictable so that all these unprofessional attitudes and verbal banter can be eliminated 😑!! . Also it has always been a rule to not hand a bag to the customer and than take it back and hand it out to another customer.. mmm ughhhhh So disgusting 🫣.

A person's day can sometimes depend on their morning coffee or breakfast... after asking at the menu and windows 1 & 2 for cream ,sugar and condiments and receiving nothing after being rushed was.a huge disappointment. No better way to start your day with a land coffee and a burnt mcmuffin.

Bad experience this morning. No one in drive thru and asked me to wait. The other lane then gets 4 cars orders and ask what’s going on before they take my order. Then on top off that, I had to pull up to the “waiting window” and a young man with short braids or dreads looking super weird, I can’t even describe it, hands me my food without uttering a word. I’m guessing it’s likely the kid the took my order as the older gentlemen was taking orders in the other lane. Just annoying setback and strange experience.

The manager who was in the morning shift had an attitude and made an iced caramel coffee with no caramel at all. I returned to get a new one but he wouldn’t solve it and still had an attitude. The food wasn’t fresh either and this happened at 5 ish am. This is the worst Mc Donald’s I’ve been to, I’m never coming back.

When visiting McDonald's my food was fresh. The order was taken correctly and it didn't take too long to get my order. I gave service a four-star because I was parked but I only had a Happy meal which could take one minute potentially.

There's a reason this location has BAD reviews. They mess up your food, if you complain they say they will replace the entire meal but guess what? When you call to claim this, they make a big deal like they don't owe you anything. Then when you pick up the order, they give you the wrong size fries and drinks. Smaller than what you PAID for and they fill the drinks with ice, even if you asked for easy ice. Ridiculous and greedy. You pay for something and it's wrong, you HAVE to deal with it. Do not go here. Trash location!
