When visiting McDonald's my food was fresh. The order was taken correctly and it didn't take too long to get my order. I gave service a four-star because I was parked but I only had a Happy meal which could take one minute potentially.
Half the time you go through the drive-thru here, they make you pull out and wait. Homeless people tend to hang out in the lot, too. I was once told to pull forward to a parking spot that was occupied by a nude homeless woman. I had a 7 year old in the car.
It’s frustrating when I come to McDonald's and have to wait more than 10 minutes, only to discover that my order isn't ready yet. That's why I prefer to order on the app instead of using the drive-thru—it saves so much time!
