Waited a whole hour before I got my food and then my sandwiches weren't even custom made correctly and we paid for extra stuff such as cheese bacon and without pickles or onion and basically got someone else's order!! Horrible customer service there I'm sorry but this is not the 1st time this has happened to me either!!

They never make my French vanilla iced coffee right too too much cream I get one at least 4 times a week on app bc .99.I like Iowa Street Mc Donald's food iced coffee perfect.

This location seemed busy and it took about 15 minutes for us to get to the drive thru window to order and then 25 minutes to get our food. I know I wasn't the only one there waiting for a bit, they parked about 6 cars, all waiting for food. Food was fresh and my order was correct but if you're in a rush, skip this location because it takes at least 30-45 mins to get your food from the drive thru.

Have ordered from this place 3 times so far on DoorDash and somehow they always mess up my orders, BOTH WORKERS AND MANAGERS ARE INCOMPETENT
The atmosphere was a bit uncomfortable too many vagrants outside make me feel unsafe. The service was good.

Worst experience I've ever had. Multiple cars were in line trying to order food thru the drive thru. The employees wouldn't answer the mic, after minutes of waiting the worker finally asked if I was going to use the Mc.D app, then never heard from the worker again. So my family left.
