Worst McDonald's that I have ever been in. It took 30+ minutes to get a Frap. People were waiting longer than for food. They did serve grub hub or other food delivery services 3 orders during that time. The management was not doing their job, I told one of them if they noticed that the cashier was serving food without gloves immediately after handling cash. The manager look and me and turned away. This McDonald's needs to be shutdown

It's serious that they serve their customers large potatoes in half the box, pay 4.99 for some large potatoes and they give them to you in half and cold that is a robbery in my life I will go to Macdonalds again Carls Junior is the best

Horrible management. All the tables were dirty. There was bunch of people in front waiting for someone to take their order. Some were elderly and I know for sure they can’t use the touch screen to order. All this was happening while the manager was chitchatting and sitting down in the back. Open non used space. Used to be playground. Not enough tables. Please bring back. Food is expensive. Fries were small even though we ordered large. Tables dirty. No refill drinking fountain. Had to wait in line for a drink refill. Not sure I will be back with grandkids if continue empty space no playground

I ordered two biscuit, egg and cheese. (No sausage no bacon) And it came out with just the biscuit and cheese then I said, it doesn’t have egg and she said they don’t come with egg and she was gonna charge me $4.60 more to add egg. So I assumed I was going to get a refund and just pay for another order, but apparently she was charging me for egg on the side. The manager came at me really crazy like she wanted to fight and I had to throw my hands up like whoa. It’s OK I’m just asking!! 🥺 SMH. Sucks!! Because I really just wanted a McDonald’s Egg & cheese biscuit. LMFAO

Every time I pull up to the drive through I have to pull into courier parking for 10 minutes. This time 2 sausage egg McMuffin and a mocha frappe. So slow. Y'all need more help. They walk out with incomplete orders after all the time wasted waiting. (7 cars now plus the ones in line, each car being told to park and wait after paying). At this point being in curbside pickup is automatic.
