Pulled up to first window to pay then proceeded to second window for the food first thing I was told is can you please park and we will take out the food to you, 15 minutes later the food shows up, the caramel frappe was already watery then I get home and the burgers were made wrong. Total bad experience I dont recall service being this bad before.

Open 24 hours? Not on New Years Eve at 1am it wasn't. Yellow cones blocking off both drive through lanes, despite lights on inside and myself a a couple other cars hungry searching for the only food that's SUPPOSED to be open

I know mcdonalds owners need to get picked carefully however it’s not for this one. You got one of the most busy mcdonalds in rivierside, you expect them at least to renovate their place however not at all and take care of mangme Waited 30 minutes for my food in McDonalds?????? Please very bad management some people need to go for real, this just unacceptable. Find other places trust me it is not worth the wait. And the food is always stale and cold.

I went through the mcdonald’s drive thru and was planning on paying with a gift card, when I pulled up to the window the total was $22 so I gave the woman my $10 gift card and $20 to pay for my order, when she rang me up she used my $20 for majority of the meal and the gifts card for the $2, I kindly explained to her that was not my intention and I wanted the change back not the gift card, instead of apologizing or trying to fix the issue she said they always do money first, I explained to her that I figured it was common sense to use the gift card first since when you go to target you use your gift card then cash not cash then gift card, she then called a manager over and when she arrived there was no apology for the inconvenience or anything I was just told that was the rules, which I think is a lie since i’ve worked for McDonald’s and there’s no such rule about taking cash first, when I finally given my money back I didn’t get a sorry or a pull forward they just closed the window and when I received my food the fries were cold and salty which I should’ve expected after the terrible service.
