Probably the slowest fast food place i've ever been to. Ordered at the kiosk (supposedly to skip the line) but there was already a group of people waiting and already complaining that their food was taking so long (first red flag). Either way I ordered and waited for 40 minutes just watching the employees running around when I finally decided to ask where my food was, i'm not an impatient person but i was running late to my doctors appointment and decided to just ask. They were so rude saying I'm not the only costumer being served and it isn't their fault... I didn't want to argue so I just waited since I had already payed for the food and they wouldn't refund it. I waited an additional 30 minutes for the food to come out just to have an item missing. I got the missing item 10 minutes later. I wish I had read the YELP reviews, save your time if you're in a rush and just go to another restaurant.

Just be prepared to wait at least 20-30 minutes for your food. The workers arenât even nice and have no customer service. To top it off they still make you wait on the side for your food and wait even longer! Even asking for condiments they make a fuss about it.

Fast service and friendly people in the drive thru
Victoria did not mix my mcflurry. It was still good but not mixed. Victoria does not seem qualified to work here lol she doesn't care. Also I think a homeless guy is living in there VICTORIA ALSO PUT 4 NUGGETS IN MY 6 NUGGET MEAL this is genuinely disappointing and I will not be back to this mcdonalds

This restaurant is ridiculous! They are the slowest McDonaldâs Iâve EVER been to. Every.Single.Time im waiting at least 20-30 mins for my food. They need some retraining or better management because it should not take forever every single time to get your food!!!! Legit slowest McDonaldâs and slowest workers EVER!!! I have to go to a McDonaldâs thatâs way further from my house just so I donât have to wait 30 mins every time for my food. I avoid this McDonaldâs on purpose!

Terrible customer service , Heidi was extremely rude when I was asking about the were the rest of my order was , proceeded to tell me itâs in the bag and rushed me out of line . Never received my 20 piece chicken nugget . Rude rushy and wrong . Do better itâs good not rocket science

THIS DRIVE THRU IS SOOOO SLOOOOW....This location REFUSES TO IMPROVE. You order on the app...then you wait 25-30 minutes in the drive thru...by the time you get your food its soggy and cold ..One star for that...and here we are 6 years later STILL SLOW after countless complaints being unresolved.
