I ordered on the mobile app, and it turns out it's pointless. You get to the McDonald's parking lot, reserve your spot, and let them know you're there, and the wait time is ridiculous, longer than the app said. What's the point. Then they get your order wrong. 🙄 Then, I noticed the drive-through being faster. Can someone explain, please 🙏

THIS DESERVES ZERO STARS. JUST WENT DURING MY LUNCH BREAK AT 2AM AND THEY TOOK FOREVER. SPENT ALMOST 30 MINUTES IN THE DRIVE THRU. THEN WHEN I GET TO THE WINDOW THEY TELL ME THEY'LL BRING IT OUT IN THE PARKING LOT AND WHEN THEY BRING IT OUT THEY GET THE ORDER WRONG SO I ENDED UP JUST LEAVING PRETTY MUCH PAYING FOR NOTHING AND WASTED TIME SO I HAD TO GO BACK. This place is the worst. The line is bad as in n out for food that's not even comparable in quality for food. Tried to come here for breakfast cause only thing that is actually decent here, just to sit in the drive thru for over 25 minutes and by the time it was my turn to order it was past the breakfast time. So I couldn't order breakfast, and they would not serve me breakfast cause it was past the time. I literally just came here for breakfast, and now I'm forced to sit in the drive-thru line for food that I don't even really want.... I'll never come here again, and the employees are so rude, too. Honestly, people should just avoid this McDonald's and go to a different location cause this place is trash....

I haven't had McDonald's for about 2 years and I see it hasn't changed. Still sucks but now employees getting paid 20.00 hrly to mess up my order and have us waiting in line forever.

If I could put negative stars, I would. This restraunt is HORRIBLE. I could get past the 30 min wait which is way longer than it should take but what I cant stand is when people get there 20 mins AFTER I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR CURBSIDE and are able to get their food and drive away first. I ordered 1x mcdouble, 1x 10 piece, and 1x Tea. Took your absolutely braindead incompetent team over 30 mins to bring to my car AFTER the customer next to me who barely waited got their stuff and left. Please fire and replace everyone that works at that location for incompetence and horrible customer service. I only get hour lunches and 5 days a week I spend 45 mins in this line curbside, getting ignored by everyone until they clear out the drive thru and help everyone else. This facilitys service is so horrible after all this wait my meal is ruined yet again.

Doesn't matter how you order you will be waiting a long time. It used to be that you knew the food would be middling at best, but it would come quick and cheap. Now it's middling, slow and expensive.
