I waited at the drive up wanting to order but the young woman taking orders was having a social conversation for over 5 minutes. There was a lot of talking and laughing but no food orders is this the new McDonald's? I left and went to the near by donut store and bought a coffee as I left i noticed the car still socializing with the employee.

Okay, listen, everyone knows this is not a health food store, but I'll tell you what everything here tastes like heavan. if you've got kids, This place can solve a lot of problems for you. Fussy kids, cranky kids, hangry kids. They're especially served here. the stuff they're serving here, kids just love it and it'll change their day and yours. God bless the happy meal. Super quick drive through restaurant was super clean. It appears the management is doing their part as well as the workers.

Poor girls.. waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes stuck between two cars. I called and poor lady stated it’s only her and another employee. Yall need to staff more. You are overworking your employees. The customer service was very kind though.

Why do I even come here. Geriatric couples on their last breath coming in here trying to use an app to save 15¢, totally confused, turning my 30 minute lunch into 5 minutes of torture.

Came before 12 am. They said they were “ closed “ . Three people in there not wanting to serve and continuously saying they were closed when it clearly says they close at 1 am. It’s 12:14 am now . So like don’t go here

My 1st time in a McDonald's in a year. No human contact is the norm now. I do like the $5 value meal. I also liked the classical music piped over the dining room speakers.

I’ve been going here for a good 15 years now and usually the food has been great. We would mostly come for the breakfast deals/meals since it used to be cheap to get the 2 for 3 sausage egg McMuffin but now it’s been double the price. We’ve had no issues before with missing items until…Recently, they’ve been messing up our order! It’s occurred 3x now where we order the deluxe breakfast and they forget the hash brown(s). With today’s rising costs, that’s basically $10 worth of lost food! Rating will stay low until I am compensated for my missing hash browns. I could forgive one missing hash brown but multiple over the past months is not forgivable. You would think they would do better considering it’s a franchise and not corporate owned.

Every time I visit this store, the wait time for placing my order is unnecessarily long, and it takes even longer for them to prepare it. My worst experience occurred when I placed an order and still hadn’t received it after an hour. When I approached the person in charge, she claimed they hadn’t received my order. I presented my receipt as proof, yet I was denied both my order and a refund. This level of service is not acceptable.
