Not much to say about a McDonald's, the food is the same everywhere but one thing about this particular location is they always seem to get the order wrong in some way. They'll forget an item, give you the wrong item/size or completely omit something (never added to the order) It's not a big deal for me personally but if you're ordering in the drive thru for a group, it can be annoying. Despite the drive thru getting backed up quickly, they do attend you in a timely manner still.

Well for the first time I go to McDonald's in Riverside and let me tell u NO BIG MACS, made me wonder damm no human meat! So I then ordered the quarter pounder supposedly with Cheddar cheese, omg the best tasting burger!!!! Better than a big Mac, the meat is so juicy but still makes me wonder why they taste better than the ones we grill... But over all the quarter pounder the best first time tasting one. Never bought anything but a big Mac but now quarter pounder will be my box of meat!

It was 4:30am and nobody was there working. I placed a mobile order and I was waiting at the speaker for 10 minutes. I pulled up to the window to see if there speaker was broken and no one was inside. I waited at the window another few minutes before cancelling my order and going to another McDonald’s. Other days I go at 4am and their systems are down for 15+ minutes. This has happened each time I go. If it happens so often maybe breakfast should be sold at 4:15 rather than 4. I understand the systems updating is out of this franchise control but if it’s a daily thing it should be made known.

Why is the lobby closed at this MCD? Is this a Corporate store or a Franchise store? Either way, it's pretty unacceptable in America that you have a nicely located MCD and refuse to allow customers to come inside, order, and enjoy a meal.
