Updating my review, this location has gotten better in my recent visits and I feel its unfair to give it only 1 star. My only complaint is they put too much mayo on my chicken sandwiches every time.

Stood at the counter for five minutes while three McDonald's employees ignored me. I was just getting ready to ask them if I was invisible when someone finally acknowledged me. I told him I was standing there for five minutes and he said he was the only one working the front... And???? ALL THE MORE REASON TO ACKNOWLEDGE CUSTOMERS! If you're short staffed or busy let people know you will be with them in a minute, don't just ignore people. How do people like this work in customer service? Pathetic and disgusting.
I was there 8/4/25 around dinner time.
I worked in restaurants before, I would NEVER ignore a customer like this. These people need to be trained properly.

This is the only McDonald's that has friendly customer service. The one closest to me is terrible. So we usually drive to this one. Although once they gave us 3 burgers with no patties 😂 I opened them when I was at the windows to make sure they were correct and there were no patties! Then they took them back and gave me 3 more with no patties AGAIN! But I don't blame them, its a busy area. They are usually right on point!

Asked for a large sprite and got a large fry instead, told them at the window that I wanted a large fry. They asked for the fries back so I gave them back, usually they just give you the fries for the inconvenience but they asked for them back. I’m also sick so if they decide to recycle the fries then sorry to who gets them. Why ask for the fries back too if they’re just gonna throw them away. Gross

The manager or supervisor that is working now 4/15/25 7:50am, is extremely unprofessional and rude. He was no help trying to fix a problem with the app. Wasn't able to get my order because their app was down. Wouldn't let me enter my curbside order number so I went thru the drive thru thinking they could help. He looked at me like I was the dumbest person he had ever met and was unwilling or not competent enough to help. I had to cancel my order and leave. I was there 20 minutes with nothing to show for it.
